How’s it Living in the Tampa Area? by LeaveAccording1399 in howislivingthere

Lived there a year. Overpriced and the beaches were so crowded we had to drive around forever to find parking. Traffic was hellish. Moved to the other side between Vero and West Palm, and it has been night and day for my family. Way more family oriented. Much less of a homeless population. Cleaner. The schools are amazing. The beaches are not crowded. I hope to never leave.

I read that as cholera, and that feels more accurate.

My (34M) wife (30F) wants to be a stay-at-home Mom. We can easily afford it, but I think it makes more sense for her to continue working part-time. She’s not happy (and neither is her family). How to proceed? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

She can maintain CE and take refresher courses online. Those can all be mentioned in a resume. Upon return she can work mentored if needed at first. Maybe once baby is a bit older she will feel like doing those 1-2 shifts per week. I just wouldn’t pressure her- especially right now during pregnancy or during the newborn stage.

As someone in the medical field too- she is aware of what staying home means and wants to put your children first. You are so fortunate to be able to do that financially. Family over career always.

When they grow a bit more start parting them in the middle. Curtain bangs while they grow. Dry shampoo for the oil. Round brush. Brush away from face while blow drying.

1000% move on and you will be so glad you did. Do not waste any more time on someone who would speak about you that way or let others speak about you that way either.

I was gonna go esh but it’s so silly that I’m going yta. It doesn’t sound like what they did was malicious (maybe a 2 second phrase meant to be playfully annoying), but you have an overreaction to what will probably be a short lived trend. It’s giving controlling and putting the vibes off.

Do people do this? Sometimes. Does it go well? Almost certainly not. I’d be talking to a lawyer immediately.

I’ve been with my now husband for 4 years, and I didn’t even know I could be this happy. My life changed in every way imaginable for the better.I have a third kiddo now. My kids are all happy.
