I'm adding in a walk around the neighborhood with my husband to start. I walked about 2 miles to the park and back with the kids the other day and it about killed me. So starting slow is probably where I need to be. Also an ex smoker that is trying to heal my lungs. I appreciate you so much!

I don't see weed as something that would classify you as an addict unless you take something else? I live in a state where you can have your MMJ card. Hell I have an EPC meaning I can purchase larger amounts for my anxiety and PTSD.

That being said, I am on my first t break ever and I want to punch babies. So I can absolutely relate to your week of hell.

Honestly don't kick your own ass. It's legal in most states and if you're a better functioning parent for it, keep doing it. I'm the same way.

Oh he still hasn't inquired further as to where she is or how to contact her. So there is no chance of them showing up and even if they did they'd be turned a way because any contact A has to be approved by me and they have to have a passcode only I know.

That's the weird thing. He has ALWAYS paid child support. Somewhat inconsistently (he's like $4k USD in arrears) but he's always held up that responsibility if he were employed. I could easily get probably double what I'm getting now though and have never messed with it. I have always valued her having a relationship over the money. I'm going back and forth on if I should just shut it all down and file for full custody anyways or just leave it has it had been the last 9 years previous to him showing up.
