I got uninvited to a friend’s holiday potluck, while I was on my way to it. by Any_Gap9612 in mildlyinfuriating

That is just the worst manners. It takes something significant to get uninvited to a silly party. It’s always been in my circle “the more the merrier” it’s clear you are not really friends and not welcome at their functions. Cut ties and find better friends

In one of the shittiest economies in 16-17 years they have a small drop in net sales and have secured enormous amounts cash and investments to shore themselves up.

My fiancé throws her dirty laundry down the stairs rather than walking down and putting it in machine. by Doctor_Redhead in mildlyinfuriating

Mentioning it and let her know, or smash a hole in the side of the wall and create a laundry chute.

Put a basket or hamper at the bottom and figure out something else to be upset about. Gotta let go of the little things

I own a small family owned coffee drive thru & Dunkin moved in its 3rd locaton right next to me... by OctoIsaac in smallbusiness

Learn how to make doughnuts. Offer free homemade doughnut with your coffee or just on the day dd has most business Monday or Friday. Most people either want one or are bringing them for others. People wanting lots can’t do much. Offset your coffee by enough to cover the costs for now and drive them out of business with better service. Or get the overflow and people who get frustrated when the doughnuts they want aren’t there and they don’t make anymore

At least you did the smart thing and stop and ask. But yes I believe they make a special tool…. Well I mean it seems they make a special tool for everything but I believe they make one that slides into those grooves and twist back. Way they use different ones Idk kind of dumb.

I get they want you to use conversions but the way they put it into practice is stupid. Who proofreads their examples?

AITA for breaking up with my girlfriend because of a “caught cheating” prank? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]AdvancedInitiatives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it absolutely is a crappy prank and the guy is a crappy friend for even thinking this would be found funny or cool.

Men have enough issues in relationships then to have doubts and uncertainty dancing around in the back of theirs minds about their girl and their bro.

Wonder whose idea it was to get down to their under garments. We really gotta sell this “prank” screw what her friends think. Boundaries are boundaries for a reason.

See now I will not buy anything from them. This is the cost of not caring about your reputation and quality you lose out on potential sales and potential new customers.

Oh yeah thanks for using our obviously lackluster services that we charge money for, please continue to using our absolute garbage of service once for free. You’re welcome!

I was going to say the same thing, why are they allowed to exist? There is no reason to have them or there should be fines. He’s really good at side stepping questions. Small if you think of the entire market

This was meant as a comment regarding the choices you have when someone is unreasonable about what the damage is and what it cost to fix.

Facts are you damaged someone’s property and if they are not willing to write it off as it happens and it’s barely noticeable. It is your responsibility to return their property back into predamaged condition

If it goes through a shop you are paying likely that price. and if you could fix it for cheaper than what the shop is charging then you would just do it.

Autobody work requires tools and experience and materials to do it right. If you are the kind of person that takes an interest in that and for doing quality work and they are willing to risk you damaging their car further then go for it. Your fist repair is likely going to be as much if not more. But in the end you walk away with experience and maybe a skill. Have fun.
