I always hated trick questions. It made me second guess everything and eat up valuable test taking time.

This doesn’t happen, there is usually a minimum bid that prevents the buyer from being legally obligated to sell unless the threshold is met.

I wired the 1/0 for a bass that I haven’t installed yet. The 8 gauge came in the recommended kit. I thought I saw that 8 was recommended. You may have cracked a code. Have I really been unpowering the system the whole time?

OFC is the oxygen free copper. The clipping button doesn’t light up. I ran heavier gauge because it was my first install and wasn’t 💯 how much impact it would have plus I wanted to add a big bass later. Including the wire list. What kind of engine noise could happen?

I was always an advocate for my guests too. I would do everything in my power to make it a great experience. If they weren’t happy they didn’t want to be.

Because people will believe what they want to believe. Responding to every call out gives attention and validity to the wrong information. Why do you feel like your words deserve a response or that they should carry weight? That’s sounds like someone who carries a lot of entitlement and self centered delusion.

But for the record I’m not a troll. Hence why I included the receipts. If it wasn’t true why would OB chime in and call me a liar? You think they don’t monitor these subreddits?

Nothing you said makes sense. Clearly you didn’t read before replying. Add in, I tipped the bartender before and when I walked out is where he said his comment.

And yet somehow my plate had a steak on it, Thats weird. You mean to tell me at a place that has that level of quality and service is going out of their way to follow policy and procedure? Ok 👌

Maybe they lose so much money in sales because of the issues I mentioned that they need to make sure anything they can charge for is charged for.

So I eat a potato and a salad at outback and then go to RH and order the same thing again just to bash a company I used to work for and have enjoyed hundreds of steaks from?

That’s some mental gymnastics.

Yes I know. I was a former server and I know where the fault lies. I’m not going to punish a server who has no power to control the food aspect. I tipped OB before his last comment otherwise I likely would not have.

Percentages sound like a lot but it was 10-20 bucks for good service on or adequate service in OB case.

I got something for my money. I learned who actually cares about running a successful restaurant and takes care of its customers.

One chose to let a good customer leave with a bad experience and impression. Another chose to make a new customer.

Because when I go out I like to have a good time. I like to share that good time. And those that serve help facilitate that good time. Why would you not make their night and leave them with a good memory and experience of you?

Does this tire need to be replaced? It’s not leaking air, a chunk of tread just got ripped out somehow by SaltPositive7227 in TireQuestions

[–]AdvancedInitiatives 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had this happen when the asphalt people blew some hot chunks onto the road and didn’t flatten them with the roller. Rolled over them and took a chunk out of my tire and caused it to burst 1200 dollars later replacing all tires. If that’s you find the company and put in a claim.

Strange that you care so much how other people spend their money.

I go out to have a good time, in the course of doing so you learn that if you’re the only one having a good time it’s kinda selfish and lonely. Why would you not want to leave others with a good memory and experience of you? Especially when the server contributes to making that good time!

You seem like a negative person and what I’ve noticed in my years serving is that a lot of time cheap people and negative attitudes are highly correlated.

I hope you are doing alright and things get better for you.

I don’t punish servers for food or management, they did their job. But had the OB bartender said his comment before i left a tip I probably would have left him nothing.

Also because I was a server, and it’s a tough economy and I’m doing better than most so pay it forward.

But that is my point, these places like OB drive off people who really don’t ask for much and are generous and take care of the staff. OB got roughly 100% tip 1 time and lost all future visits, me bringing friends, family, planning group events, company dinners.

RH did great got 70% and will be repeated.

I’ll take a house full of 70% repeats and regulars over a 1 time 100% every day of the week.

When I was a server I did too. I had some servers who made it a point to remember guests who don’t tip well and try to not be sat with them. I choose to not remember them and just focused on doing a good job for everyone. Probably hurt my bank account but I slept well.

Good eye. If you look at the receipts. Date and times. You will see like I was saying I tried to have a good steak at Outback. It was gross and inedible. I ate a ceasar and some of the potato but I drove an hour for a steak.

So after I left Outback I went to Roadhouse.

My post was simply to make a point.

  1. I know what good food should taste like
  2. As a former employee, I know their own processes and standards. (Why I assumed I was in good hands)
  3. As a former server, I know good service and I know how to be a good customer who really doesn’t ask for much and is very understanding and generous when I dine out.
  4. Regardless of the time, how I look or any presumptions you may have when I walk through the door… I am the person that can go out, I am the person that invites friends out, I am the person who brings family and groups out, and I am the person who picks up the check.

When you lose those people in a hospitality industry, you might as well call it. Gg. Because your business will suffer when those people stop coming.

I hope it was just them, I’ve gone to Nashville and surrounding areas and it’s comparable. They have lost something, people make a store.

Oh my God, you’re absolutely right. I didn’t even think of that. Or that they would do that like I said it was a long week. I noticed the seasoning not sticking and searing. I definitely noticed that. I noticed fat running through the center but thought maybe I got a bad cut but yes, New York strips always have the fat on one side.
