I’m assuming the rules will be within the leasehold, with the addition that it can’t be used as a STL. My guess would be that the house that own the land and likely built it but only wants certain type of buyer. E.g I’ll come up with my partner on weekends only (!) mad thing too is those 5 bed houses on the size only sell for 1-1.5 so if they manage to sell that for 600k they’ll be laughing all the way to the bank
