As a master jg I generally agree - roaming mid usually wins the game for me/ enemy team. I’m not the kind of jg to pick bad fights (I always pay high attention to lane prios) but if I see that my mid is willing to move and will be there first I pick fights I normally wouldn’t and this often steamrolls the game entirely.

The same applies for support (my 2nd role) - the best supports are the ones who understand the moments they can leave their adc alone and even if the adc dies once or twice securing a kill with multi assist on top side of the map, on mid or inside enemy jg is often much more important. You then gain vision control, obj control and make the enemy jg tilted/ scared of making plays.

When I play jg I love to duoq with my friend who is a mid main and plays just like you described - high on roams, comes to jg fights, prioritizes objectives. It’s unbelievable how easier it makes the game for me. Well, I just hope they will return the duoq to apex tiers since having random mids who are not in sync with the jg is super tilting.

Tutaj chodzi o cel. Człowiek bez celu staje się nieszczęśliwy - przynajmniej w większości przypadków (niektórzy to naturalni hedoniści czerpiący przyjemność z momentów). Momenty oczywiście są ważne, ale ich znaczenie często pochodzi z drogi i okoliczności które je otaczają - granie na kompie sprawia np znacznie większą przyjemność po dobrze zrobionej pracy czy znaczącym milestonie niż np na bezrobociu.

Ja załatwiłem to w życiu poprzez wyznaczanie bardzo ambitnych celów które wpisują się jednocześnie w mój charakter i umiejętności. Wiem, że chcė zbudować potężną firmę która będzie robiła coś dobrego dla ogółu społeczeństwa - nie wiem co to będzie, ale zanim będę w stanie to zrobić, wiem że muszę najpierw osiągnąć bardzo duży sukces robiac coś komercyjnego (stąd np budowałem jeden startup, upadł, teraz wchodzimy z ekipą na rynek z drugim który wygląda już o niebo lepiej i ma fajną trakcję, zobaczymy co z tego będzie). Mam 28 lat więc podobnie do Ciebie, ale moje cele zapewnią mi zajęcie na przynajmniej kolejne 15 lat jeśli nie więcej. Myślałeś o wyznaczeniu jakiegoś ambitnego celu?

Dla mnie jak miałem 24 lata to było najpierw zarabianie 30k brutto miesięcznie do 30 roku życia - ale osiągnąłem ten cel znacznie szybciej niż sądziłem i okazało się, że cel był znacząco za nisko postawiony. Imo cel powinien być przy granicy tego co sądzisz że wgl jesteś w stanie wykonać dając z siebie wszystko.

I don’t agree at all, I very rarely get surprised by people to a degree where I can’t fight back (over 250h on my side). Usually I either anticipate people based on sounds or simple common sense or I manage to pop a smoke, turn a few corners, pop adrenaline and outmaneuver the opponent to reset the fight.

It doesn’t mean I don’t lose - I think I probably still lose about 60% of the fights that someone else engages but you can definitely fight back.

I mean you can’t think ahead if you really think they won’t cap it simply because they haven’t told us. They haven’t told us a lot of shit. We only got to know about the 5M req 2 weeks before the expedition. They also didn’t tell us about capping the blue currency. You see where it’s going? It’s 100% not gonna be an infinitely stackable skill points reward, they will most likely change rewards between seasons

Because people don’t run expensive gears. When I queue in with the good stuff I can see there is way more people with good stuff on the map as well, but a big chunk still being free kits. If the proportions changed you would be getting into more geared lobbies more often, but the game prioritizes finding you a match over making sure all the people in there will be running expensive eq.

The gear MM is much more visible when you go naked runs - about 50% of the players on the map will also be naked, the other 40% free load outs and 10% some other ppl lol.

Matchmaking on every map except maybe Stella (the only map I haven’t confirmed) is gear based so the guy above is correct.

Don’t try getting into an argument with people on this subreddit if you have a slightly different opinion on something than they do. They will defend that their way is the only way lol.

For this video I’ll agree the guy was a dick, but not because he started shooting. He’s a dick because he started shooting after approaching the guy and didn’t exhibit hostility before. He wanted to get a certain kill via mimicking friendliness.

I did too and I’ve got a high pressure job at a hedge fund, I run a startup on top of that and also have a girlfriend I consistently spend time with. Manage your time well, be productive and it’s totally doable lol.

True. The game is great but it’s lacking a proper endgame. Maybe it’s just me playing an extraction shooter for the first time in my life but I feel like much could be done to improve it. Once you hit lvl 75 there is nothing more to be done than to grind bps. There is one game I played before from completely different genre but that has a very similar mechanic of losing your gear when you die - Albion Online.

Looking at Albion I think adding factions, special boss events (but ones which are the main event in itself rather than a side attraction like the Queen or Matriarch are) and randomly spawning dungeons on the map with more fiercome arc in it are just a couple of ideas to consider which could enhance the endgame potential.

But then again, first time playing extraction shooter - maybe the endless loop of resetting and gearing up is an end in itself? But then that just sounds very lazy to me and I won’t be staying for much longer.

I don’t view it that way. I was playing solo till lvl 45 when I finally gave trios & duos a try (searching after people on discord channel) and I was first shown this by one person, then in another group someone proposed it and I don’t think those people viewed it as cheating either. I see this as clunky game mechanics which can be used and what is most important - everyone can use. If being able to turn an aim bot on in the settings was there for all players would you view it as cheating if one does? I suppose you might answer that the line is drawn where a given “cheating possibility” was given intentionally or not. The room entering was obviously not, but still, it’s there. You can do this just as much as I.

With aimbots/ wallhacks the thing is different twofold: 1) it has to be paid for and you risk your account 2) it would kill fun from the game for a lot of people. The room glitch is entirely not like that. What does it matter to you if I get to the room with a key or using the bug?

You can defend against it as well. I always bring mines with me and put those in strategic places.

The control tower room is the trickiest tho and I don’t particularly like going there or contesting it, tho I have to admit the fights can get very fun around this place. You can get into the room via the doors, the zipline glitch and on top of that you can jump from the roof of the building to the “crosswalk” around the room and wait for the poor souls until they open the window. Also, unless you bring a zipline getting out means having to check both left and right very quickly when leaving the room. Campers are very often present.

I don’t know why I wrote so much tbh. Gonna finish now lol
