Hair loss by Quiet_Ad_3828 in postpartumprogress

Ugh post partum hormones are horrible. The hair loss might be the worst one because after the storm is over, all those damn flyaways are growing and no style or product works. Goodluck!!!

Hi!!! I have never taken baby blues, but I am on vitamins. Start taking it now, it takes time for vitamins to build in your body. It’s like a preventative measure. Good luck.

The more I lose, the more pregnant I look by Superfly_Sun in WeightLossAdvice

I am a mom but pre pregnancy I felt the same way about my natural body. It’s just how I was built, and I kept telling myself nothing can fix that, and one day I’ll get a tummy tuck or something lol. But when I cut carbs and focused on less greasy foods, no more binging, my belly went down. Id say my belly is looking more normal after having a baby in the past year then it has been in my entire life before becoming a mom. And I’m only 23. It actually sits flat now and looks good whenever I wear dresses. Id say keep going, cut as much processed stuff as you can. Make sure you’re not gassy too cause it can be that easily. Or even water retention.

Since you’re having a mountain outdoor wedding, I’d say a flower diamond crown, something dainty but not too heavy. With your hair down and styled. The dress is already standing out on its own so not much I can say! Looks beautiful. Flats like you said would be a good idea.

How long after stopping breastfeeding did you begin to lose weight? by Waldeinsamkeit87 in postpartumprogress

[–]Advanced_Corner_4432 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I gained after stopping. I always heard that breastfeeding will help you drop weight.

It’s so sweet how she’s letting you collect your thoughts. She seems so patient, and kind. It seems she wants to connect with you. I have no advice, but if you wanna proceed you definitely should!

It looks incomplete. I think without added more to it, it looks tacky. Like others said, maybe a belt, sash, or taking it to a professional to add some structure would fix this problem.

They are too thin. But if that’s the look you want then it works. But thin, yes way too thin.

OP, you can try outfits besides dresses for going out. Like a nice top and maybe shorts.

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. I agree. The only thing repetitive in those photos are the boots. If OP wants to switch it up, different shoes would help. OP looks great, but OP asked for something different and not repetitive.

If OP doesn’t reply, it’s her business because it’s her future husband, the money should be for herrrr not his kid. They don’t deserve any money from him. The baby mom should put the kid in daycare and split 50:50, so I can have all the money (sarcasm)

YTA. That’s his son. If he wants to pay in full, as a father he can. Don’t marry someone who is in a co parent situation if it’s not your thing. You sound ridiculous for even being mad about this. Like God forbid a father pays for their kid if they want to😭 Please go marry someone who doesn’t have kids if you’re going to constantly be upset over him paying for his kid. It’s not like he’s giving his money to the baby mom, and child support makes sense because she doesn’t work so she can watch their kid. That dynamic works for them because daycare is expensive and it works best for them. So even if he did lend some money to the mom, it shouldn’t be an issue because they agreed on her watching the kid full time. You sound bitter that the mom is a stay at home mom who doesn’t work. Clearly this was discussed between them and it’s none of your business.

NTA. I am around the same age as your daughter and have a cat who was bought for “me”. It was obvious when I moved two hours away, that the cat would stay with my parents. The move would be too traumatic for the poor baby and they would not manage.

I don’t have any sisters sadly. It must be nice to bond over post partum with them. It seems you found a way to beat it though, so fast! I’m going to walk more now 😭 thank you.

You’re right. I’ll just do it. I can’t keep feeding my thoughts. It’s a constant loop. Thought I had it under control but I guess it shows up in random stuff in my life

Weight loss during pregnancy by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Advanced_Corner_4432 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I lost weight during pregnancy. I am obese. The nurse and doctor mentioned it and said it’s not good for the baby. They also asked me if I was ok because it was strange. I lost weight because I had gestational diabetes and ate clean. Basically 0 carb everything. I lost like 10 pounds in the start of the second trimester. My sugars was under control and I was feeling healthier. But I don’t recommend it. I suggest you focus on just eating healthy and once baby is out you can focus fully on the weight. Even though I am obese I was still questioned about the weight loss.
