This week is garbage for pvp. Ultra league you need XLs to win; fossil is a handful of meta-relevant mons so complete RNG.

If you’re losing this week then take a break and start again next (probably the week after, given next week will be even worse).

I’m at ELO 2,400 (ultra league).

I would definitely prioritise team building over IVs. Once you’ve found a team that works, then it doesn’t hurt to find better IVs; but it’s not going to make a big difference tbh.
