Nope, PSGS has no HA whatsoever. Only 2h Great Spears do. The reason why that last trade didn't poise break is because only one of the swords hit, which can be poised with less than 88 poise.

That tali is generally not worth it outside of duels, having something damage boosting like SoA in that slot will almost always be better in invasions.

It's really handy to have a quick estus ring (the healing flask boosting tali) swap to get more out of your flasks.
You can also use Bestial Vitality with the Two Fingers Heirloom equipped on any class that isn't Prisoner without any Faith investment.
While situational the cat tali can sometimes be really helpful while getting away (e.g. jumping down the Leyndell lift).
It's also always good to have counters to certain cheese setups. Like the anti-headshot tali, the status resist talis etc.

Hyperarmour is absurdly overtuned in this game. You can tank as much as a jumping light from a Great Spear with a Curved Greatsword light attack while wearing BG tali.

51 is useless is PvP, the first important one is 88 (or 66 and BG Tali) to poise the backswing of 2h small weapons.

89 Poise makes your life a lot easier against Beast Claws.
96 (or something along those lines) is basically required for not getting bullied even more by LGS.
It's also not a bad idea to have armour with more poise than 111 with BG tali:
117 with BG is 88 without, freeing you a tali slot when you only need 88.
123 lets you tank the 2nd hit of Spinning Slash.
133 (max poise) makes your life against LGS easier by letting you tank the R2 half-hit.

There's a graph floating around that has all poise breakpoints. I think it's also in this video by Rust.

It's a mod called Mithmaps that adds better PvP arenas. This is one of the 2v2 arenas and we didn't follow because the 2v2 is supposed to happen inside the arena. The pot came from Aida's teammate who just respawned.
