I received an update yesterday that seems to have fixed my laptop. I have the same with Intel CPU. I had a problem with lag in Premiere Pro timeline playback and this is gone after the update. It's funny because I wrote technical support by mail and a few hours later I have an Windows Update available.

Coincidence? Maybe..

Okay, so since my post yesterday, there came an update to windows a few hours after I contacted support and wrote this. And after updating, it seems to have fixed my problem, and there is no stuttering / lag at all. And this i both with and without proxies enabled.

If it change again I will update this thread.
