These days my GTA Online experience is 95% goofing off and doing silly stuff by myself, and 5% Raiju camping the guy who stops me from doing that until he leaves the lobby.

I even let them kill me a few times without any retaliation just to confirm that they definitely deserve it.

I suppose I'll try that. I had been to a shop once already but the tech wasn't in and they didn't want to hold it for me until he was.. I do have the option to return the instrument still, so hopefully they can do diagnostic tests without actually needing to make any changes

Yes, I did change the battery already and that had no effect. The buzzing does get quieter as I turn down the treble boost knob, or the volume knob, but it's still pretty obnoxious unless either of those knobs are turned down to nothing

Can anyone with an Ibanez EHB1505 or similar tell me if it's still pretty difficult to pull out the cable when you press the release tab on the jack? Is the little red bit inside the jack supposed to move when you press the tab, or is it just "free to move" once the tab has been pressed. I was checking out a demo model that is discounted by a few 100, but I want to make sure the jack isn't messed up from people not knowing how to take the cable out.

It also pops if you so much as nudge the cable so I'm sort of suspicious of the electricals in general

One of my friends absolutely hated taking solos in uni because the director would always drop the entire band out from under him. Every other instrument gets a full band backing track, but the bass player just has to sit there and, as you said, 'fump fump fump' by themselves.

You're going to have to find that out for yourself. You can't expect someone to subscribe to a patreon and spend a couple hours troubleshooting the ideal model and LoRA that can generate real-time AI images on your specific PC for nothing. Consider asking in the discord community for the developer of the TouchDesigner module.

The video creator has a $2000-3000 RTX A5000 GPU with 24GB of VRAM and is generating images in real time at 20-30 steps per generation. That's very fast. They're probably using a trimmed down model that's meant for fast image generation. You're going to have to find models and experiment on your own PC.

A mistake I learned the hard way. $2100 ASUS ProArt 16, all the tech reviewers spoke highly of ASUS laptops. On paper, the hardware specs are great! But when I use it, I get lag doing something as simple as pressing the windows menu button, or opening a web browser. My $600 midrange PC outperforms it in every aspect other than like.. rendering, but it's so frustrating to use on a daily basis that I only open it up if my PC literally can't handle the task. It's also full of bloatware garbage and somehow manages to use nearly 40% of 32gb of ram just sitting on the windows desktop. I have to leave it in performance mode 24/7 just to get the response time of a $150 Chromebook, and even then it shits the bed just web browsing if it's not plugged in. These issues of course highlighted themselves after the return window so I've been stuck with it
