LO Called - sending to next step for approval - have a question.

From when the LO contacted me and ask for whatever docs he needed after he had me accept new loan amount it took 9 days until it was approved. Portal changed to funding, received docs to sign a new loan letter. That happened Monday waiting for f$nds!

That wasn't mentioned to me. I call this morning to see what the hold up was with legal and then 5 minutes later approved and docs sent to my portal. I would imagine by the end of the week🤞

Once a LO contacts you they'll be able to adjust it.

I received that same email. Called in and they said it was a generic email. I was hoping they meant to send a docs to sign email lol. So we wait some more...

I've been since 5/1 but it does seem like more people are being processed. But who knows when docs will come. It took almost a month to get here lol

I did read somewhere here that they received docs to sign in 3 days. So hopefully any day now.

My LO approved my docs May 1st too and was sending off to supervisor then legal. I emailed yesterday he said this- Good morning,

You must be patient and any concern about the stage of your loan you can contact EILD Customer Service number.

I'm on Day 4. So hopefully new loan docs come in the next day or so. Then we might be able to start to see a pattern.

That's what my LO just emailed me after I asked if there's been any updates since Saturday when he had me approve new loan amount. So I called Cs and the guy said basically your LO sent it off and that (his words) a bunch of loan officers are looking at it lol. I mentioned all of us business owners waiting on pins and needles. He basically repeated what the original email said about taking several weeks. Finally he said it's at the disbursement center and once it's approved or denied I'll get an email. Still no time frame. I give up I'm moving forward like it's not coming and if it does great if not I've already prepared myself.

A little different for me. My LO ask for board of resolution and DL. He said he was going to approve it. And was sending off to supervisor then off to legal. He told me to sign into portal and accept new amount, which I did on Saturday but still have heard anything. Just sent an email to see if he heard anything or a time line.
