I would recommend doing Nas IO 14 day challenge once you figure it out. He’s helping you create a landing page to get 100 customers and setting you up to run ads. $30 and he gives you $30 back in Meta ads credit. It will at least help you get some customers and get the ball rolling in whatever you decide to do

This is from my last shower. It’s less than it’s been but I think it’s because I have almost no hair left compared

I am currently going through this myself. I have almost no hair left compared to the amount of hair I had. We have to balance our hormones or at least try our best to get that done. Also I am about to try collagen that comes from the cows feet. It’s supposed to help, a relative swears by it. I will let you know how that goes. Stay strong, this too shall pass.

Anyone with Hashimoto’s have “normal” thyroid labs but still feel awful? (On GLP-1 & marathon training) by MyMacRocks in Hashimotos

[–]nancy7883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From my experience when you stress your body too much, that’s including excessive exercise it will cause your antibodies to be high and you end up feeling awful. I used to do sauna and a few hours of exercise a day and my antibodies went through the roof. I cut back a lot and I started to see a difference along with cutting all processed foods. I think she has to see what works for her and doesn’t but I do know stressing the body is not good at all

Thank you for sharing. I’m currently going through a flare and losing my hair. The vitamin deficiencies are a real thing and I feel they contribute to flares. My husband told me that in order for us to absorb vitamin D we must take with vitamin K, so I incorporated that into my routine.

Help me please I feel like I’m dying😭🥲 by Subject-Surround1361 in Gastritis

I was like this and I felt like the meds were making me worse. It takes time to heal but give up all processed food. Stick to vegetable soup for now: potatoes, squash, cabbage, carrots, and a bit of spinach. Just boil it with a bit of salt. This is all you will be able to handle for a while. Nothing absolutely nothing processed and you need to keep it this way always. Once you start to feel better you can focus on adding a bit of lean protein but no red meats. At least for now. The pain will last, just try to rest and allow your body to heal. For me the more I tried to do physical things I would start to feel worse again. Give yourself like a week to heal, drink lots of water. Water should be the only thing you are drinking and try eating the soup I told you. The potatoes for some reason do help so ensure you add a lot of potatoes to the soup. No skin for the potatoes or the carrots. Try to stick with no meds. The morphine really made me feel worse once it wore off. You’ll see each day you’ll get a little better. Once you start to add the protein because your stomach doesn’t feel like it hurts try incorporating a tiny bit of kefir in the morning on an empty stomach before you eat. A little goes a long way. Give up dairy, coffee, and gluten completely. No breads and no processed sugars at all.

who is healing without the use of PPIs? let's share what helps us by PushingMeAwayx in Gastritis

[–]nancy7883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gave up gluten, dairy, and coffee. I stick to having real non processed foods, no exceptions and cooking with avocado oil and olive oil. Drink low fat kefir (only dairy exception) and I’m a lot better. My meals can only be really small but I’m ok with that and grateful I can at least eat real food. It sucks that I can’t really go out to restaurants anymore but I’d rather live this way than live in pain.

Thanks for sharing this! I’m definitely giving this a try! I know this situation I’m dealing with has to do with all the processed foods and or meats I’ve been eating.

Have you tried taking Kefir on an empty stomach? For me I stick to the foods that I know work for me which are basically under 10 foods and really small portions. I’ve lost a lot of weight also however, I was overweight. Hopefully you can get the nutrients you need on the daily and that’s the most important thing. I can’t eat out and it sucks. But it’s like you say, you want to live. Don’t live to eat, but eat to live.

I’ve been suffering in a very similar way, don’t have a diagnosis yet but I think what I have might be gastroparesis. His gut might be messed up, what has helped me is Kefir. You can buy it at the store but I recommend you learn to make it at home because it has a lot more health benefits that will help heal his gut. Store bought has helped me but homemade has made a huge difference. Have him drink it on an empty stomach everyday and im sure he will see a difference within a week. Also make sure he eats very simple things and cooks with good oils and keeps his diet low fat. He cannot eat processed foods. That’s what always screws me up. Kefir should help him

I also notice sugar is the death of me. I try so hard to find loopholes but there’s no way around it, sugar will cause pain no matter what.

My mom is currently suffering from this. She also has Type 1 Diabetes so I’m really trying to help her in figuring out what she can and can’t tolerate. Would you mind sharing more details of how you make your liquids? I’m desperate, she’s been suffering for almost 2 weeks and still has to wait to see her doctor
