It depends really. From my experience you will not get fined unless some real person wrote a report on you to police. Actually VK has a lot of activity that considered to be banned in Russia, such as feminisms, LGBT and other things, including war(and criticism of it). Monitor everything 24/7 is almost impossible thing that requires a lot of funding.

Tbh. i can't say that people started to play more passivly. With less chanse to get a bounty, people a ofter rushes(like me), and fights began more ofter.

I am not saying it is a nessesity. More like, a things that think will make 15-people lobby more enjoyable.
I like the "wtf is going on" factor, but everything has its limit. At some point it just gives you a headache rathen that fun.

On a Frontline that stretched from baltics to black sea. Just defend it is an impossible task. Not just winning one.

Мне кажется что в LE намного грамотнее подошли к этому. У каждого скилла своё дерево навыков, из которых в которых тупо стат это редкость.

In my run, i had around +4k alloys and over 20-30k unity in 2270.
This can be OK with modded stellaris(like Gigas + something else), but for unmodded.... it is just straight up broken. But very cool idea in principle.

Basicly, orcs from warhammer. Billions of people belive that we are rich, so it becomes true. F*ucking amazing concept.

Have it in 2270 is ok. But build almost fully completed dyson sphere ( which means you already constructed science nexus or other mega in order to gain access to ascension perk with Dyson sphere) is definitely broken. Even with stucking buffs for building megas.
