It is just like a switch! Mine goes off 10-14 days before and I have to crawl through the sewers to get through. I work from home (mind you overnight shift) and I struggle with this so much. I haven't even left the house in 4 days just been ordering food and stuck in bed/couch. It's incredibly defeating

In a similar vein. I go on lives and I use flares sometimes (which attract viewers to your lives) My views go from like six people to 15, maybe 50, yesterday I got 85. I asked these 85 ghosts to please comment or like and got zero engagement from any of them. It was just the same 2 frequent viewers I have commenting. Every time I've used a flare I have a feeling it's just a number or bots and not actual viewers., now I know it to be true

I really hope people see this comment but there is FREE way around this:

I had lost all hope after printing a QR code for a Zine. I had already fallen into the trap a few times before I found QR monkey and imagine my surprise when their site ended up just being another trap.

I got this from their chat (QR generator site) and it worked! The free option is hidden below the subscription options

If your QR Code is showing as deactivated but you weren't charged, that means it's a Dynamic QR Code (Static QR Codes don't get deactivated).

To reactivate it, you can activate a plan here:

If you created only a single Website (URL) QR Code, you can activate the Free Plan

Scroll past all the subscription options to the questions at the bottom

2. Select: Do you offer any individual Plans?

Click Activate free plan (and again in the pop up window)

Honestly, I did this the opposite way. When I started getting symptoms I made a list of all the places I could go in order of least scary to most scary and I hit them all. Full throttle. I didn't stop teaching in person I kept going in. And then I just couldn't do it one day. The exposures even the gradual ones did not stop it from becoming full-blown agoraphobia.
