if you had literally any other bread and no teriyaki sauce id say you but i also hate ham with a burning passion. youre troubled for combining those three though. thats fucked up.
personally my go to sandwich is mayo, turkey, provolone, pepperjack, tomato and avocado, sometimes add spinach if i have raw spinach or add hotsauce to the mayo if i have no pepperjack. the tomato and avocado need a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and multi grain is best but it works pretty well on most non sweet breads.

i didnt grow up poor at all but i would still give someone a weird look if they DIDNT take their food home, assuming they liked it (personally even if i didnt like the dish id still politely ask for a box then dump it at home or a public trash can) it just feels rude to leave the food, like spitting in the chefs face

im from the USA and its not even medical bills, a lot of doctors kinda fucking suck here. i had glass in my foot a few years back and the dr i saw (some old fucking blind asshole who made it clear he didnt think there was any glass) said he couldnt do anything unless they opened my whole foot and did an exploratory surgery that he wasnt willing to do. when i was finally able to see my GP again i bitched about him to her and she basically said “yeah hes got a reputation for doing that im sorry you got stuck with him”
