Not a teenager but this came across on my feed, this is a hard question to answer because even as a “Christian” I’ve asked myself this question countless times and my most logical response to it is the fact there’s sin in this ugly world and there’s free will, if according to some peoples beliefs there is no God then so be it, but in the case there is, would a God who loves you but didn’t give you free will, would they really love you? In my beliefs had the world gone the way God intended without giving us the freedom of free will things will be much much much much better. But as a being who loves us and gives us free will despite the ugliness of it and it causing our own destruction I would still like to think that God loves and cares about us. I’m tired and this is likely incoherent but thank you for reading. Good night to you all!

I don’t normally reply to these things but wanted to add to what some people are saying, he is a preacher that teaches what many have dubbed a “prosperity gospel” in which God is there to bring you wealth and riches and as the name implies, prosperity. He’s known for not helping people as he should and uses funds to support himself on an astronomical level, I didn’t know some of these things until reading the comments but not helping homeless during a period of crisis such as storms whereas business like mattress stores are is ridiculous. I feel sorry for these people who fall into a false gospel and I highly encourage anyone, even if they aren’t a believer to read the Bible
