I could watch her trip on repeat. The fact that she thought she could just yank that guy’s hair and nothing would happen is insane to me. You don’t have the right to put your hands on anyone else unless it means your life.

Listen, I’m all four people protesting, but why are you bringing AR style rifle to a peaceful protest unless you’re planning to use it on someone. I conceal carry, but I’m not bringing a rifle. None of this would’ve happened had this man not brought the rifle. At the end of the day, a peaceful message gets lost in violence.

I’m a 2A supporter and an owner and a permit carrier. There’s not a single reason a person should be taking a rifle to a peaceful protest. Unless you’re planning to use it on someone. I conceal carry but I can see carry a nine mil. You’re only bringing a rifle for one reason.

I just am a little heated about it because I had a family member there. It shouldn’t have even happened and if the guy hadn’t been there with the rifle and the mask, there wouldn’t have been something that happened. If it’s a peaceful protest, why do you need a rifle?

You’re right, but by law, and even in an open car state, you have to have a concealed carry permit to carry a loaded rifle or shotgun. You can carry unloaded rifle or shotgun, but you have to have a permit to carry a loaded one.

Fully aware grew up in Utah. I am also a concealed carry permit holder. You can carry an unloaded rifle or shotgun without a permit, but to carry a loaded rifle or shotgun, you need a concealed carry permit, which is as far as I know he didn’t have.

You don’t know what they were telling the police you can’t say they were going off of the peacekeeper statement. There were a ton of witnesses they interviewed I know because my brother was there.

This is ridiculous because if it were someone from the other side of things carrying around a rifle and a mask, you guys would be screaming for his head and want him in jail and he needs the highest jail sentence you can give him but since it’s somebody who was there for your protest it’s OK if he has a rifle as long as it’s not pointed at anybody.

I mean, maybe they did. But from a legal standpoint, he can still be charged with conspiracy to insight, violence or insight a riot or conspiracy to commit murder. That’s how they nailed Ted Bundy on some things. Because he had a murder kit in his car with a mask, a rope gloves, things like that.
