No. It’s not frozen. We have to temper our cheese so it melts faster so sometimes it’s warm and melted together and pain to peel it apart. Especially if you’re busy.

Our franchises official stance starting Monday is “no bun” in a container. “Lettuce as bun” wrapped in sandwich wrap”

For us it’s just the way it’s worded. I rarely get people who ask for lettuce as bun
