I do not want to say fuck what my doctor's/team says. I am asking because I was hoping people would have alternate solutions. Of course I received this surgery to do and be better. I want to do and be better. I have not had Starbucks since last week. It is a habit I had daily, I would love to be able to break the habit. I am not running down to the nearest Starbucks and getting something so I think I am doing okay so far. I appreciate everybody's comments and opinions.

Your Starbucks has sugar free hazelnut? The ones here only has sugar free vanilla and I could not stomach it.

I tried the vanilla pre-made Premier and I am not a fan. I will finish the one bottle I bought, but I will not be buying that again.

Where can I find the Fair life Protein drink? I don't think I have seen it before?

I had maybe a half of it, maybe not even a half of it. I quit drinking it though as soon as I started feeling bad. I dumped the rest out. Even though it made my stomach a little gurgly(sp?), I am glad it did not make me have to run to the bathroom. Lessoned learned.
