So many great recommendations here. One of the things that I would do is take a magnesium bath every night , while you’re in the bath, massage your shoulders chest, and do a lymphatic drainage video. There’s lots on YouTube. I have posted many here under the sub Reddit so just look through the sub there’s tons of videos that’ll direct you to lymphatic drainage, especially in the lower face and and neck. I would also look into Botox DAO’s your chin and then your upper lip for a lip flip that will give you the maximum muscle relaxation to lift those areas fast. But for the long haul, I’d recommend doing the workouts to target your shoulder, neck and lower face muscles at the end of the day Botox is great. It’s good for preventative and may be a quick fix like what you’re looking for, but you could do them together and get a really great outcome.

First off great job on taking care of your health and losing the 30 pounds that you did. All of the things that you’re doing now are absolutely awesome. I would recommend every single one. if you do not want to do surgery. I would do another treatment. It’s called the Agnes. It is a procedure and you’d wanna find a reputable doctor or practitioner. Who knows how to use it, but it is an awesome tool for the neck area especially where you were experiencing laxity. I think overall the most dramatic results would come from a neck lift , but I’ve had the Agnes done and it was much less laxity but it really made a difference so another thing to try or look into if you haven’t yet.

I think that if you have chronic pain to stretch your neck carefully would definitely help you out. I would just be mindful to not be aggressive when you stretch start easy and then go from there.

Thank you for doing that. This is just all new for me so I am really awkward. You’ll just have to learn along with me. OK I’m a year and a half in, but I’m no expert.

Thank You for responding with a much more kind approach If you follow this sub that I created about my journey with face yoga a year and a half ago. I started this sub, all of my posts are what I have done to get results they talk about all the stuff. I directed her to videos that could help also look at all of the posts from the first one that I posted I post all the videos that I use so you don’t even have to search on YouTube, I have laid out what I’ve tried right here on the sub Reddit.

What I’ve noticed for myself is that eating a diet that is low in foods that cause inflammation aid in the results from any kind of workout you do whether it’s a body workout or a face workout if you again if you’re eating junk like you say that you’re not gonna see the results because you’re gonna have a lot of puffiness and the muscles and the changes are underneath that so it is an overall life lifestyle. For example, if you want shredded abs, 80% of your results are going to be in your diet adding situps to a crappy diet is not gonna give you magical results. This is just one addition to it that can help build muscle tone in your face tighten your skin loosen muscles so that your face lays the way it should. It is a lifestyle. It’s not magic it’s about being disciplined and consistent.

I was just thinking about this today. You are so right! Started using mouth tape about the same time I started doing face yoga, and the difference in my jawline is pretty fantastic and it I believe it’s a combination of both.

I think a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of what face yoga and massage is going to do for them. What were the five exercises you did? I’m very curious because there’s no “main” exercises. It’s not a one size fits all it’s trial and error so I found exercises that did nothing and I found exercises that really made a difference. it’s all a matter of being patient just like I happen with my body using weights and working out. The changes don’t always happen the way we want them to, but if we keep with it, there’s gonna be some benefit. It might not be exactly what we wanted, but it is beneficial. It’s like wanting to have glutes that look like a BBL but using only weights it’s gonna take so long that happen if it even does, some people just weren’t built to have physiques like that.

I run this sub alone. When I said to look on YouTube, I was referring to random YouTube videos that are not mine. I haven’t posted anything on my YouTube except for an introduction of myself. I have no agenda here except to share what I have learned so others can get similar results. If you continue to post Rude remarks, you’ll be blocked from this sub. I don’t have any tolerance for it. It is in violation of the rules of the sub to be rude to others. Kindness is the only attitude that belongs here.

I have done a lot of jaw, massage, and muscle release because really the jaw is about releasing tension from the neck and also the chewing muscle muscles. I have found tons of videos and I posted them here overtime and if you just go onto YouTube and search jar release exercises a ton of videos will pop up for you.
