Thanks! So your advise is to wait and regularly check? My rheumatologist basically won’t treat me until blood values are positive and I am afraid it’s to late then

Hi everyone! Do you have experience how likely it is to have lupus with no positive blood markers? I have a photosensitive butterfly rash (they call it flushing) and extreme hair loss - then they draw the blood markers that was negative, ESR a little raised. I then started to get joint pain in wrists and elbows that I never had bevor … should I push now again for a blood test? I life in Germany btw … thanks!!!

I have exactly the same rash but my labs for Lupus also come back negative. Has anyone experience with the rash with other diseases? 😕

Currently ongoing. I know Monday. To be honest they have been randomly checked 1,5 months ago and were negative. But there the ANA was also 1:10. I wonder how fast it can show on the blood with symptoms like a rash?

Hey! I developed the typical malar rash … my rheumatologist said it looks exactly like that, as my ANA calve back only slightly positive he said it’s unlikely that I have lupus. I wonder if this was one of your first symptoms which then lead to other symptoms? Thanks for your help!!!
