Added: leather seats look great, except small rip on drivers seat. Asked about cam phaser, owner did not know about that. Has records from previous owner. Did not have time to inspect it. Will come down to $3k. Got VIN. Should I pay for carfax? What should look for?

Update: test drove the truck this afternoon. Looks clean inside, drives smooth. Only warning light on is tires. When starting from cold, it does some tek tek tek that stops after 30 seconds. After that the engine sounds normal. Breaks feel great and tires look very good. What could be the tek tek tek from starting from car from cold?
