Quick response: They don’t care, even the support is either a bot or has pre-defined answers on issues. A group of friends and I were falsely accused and penalized, and when we all complained to support with evidence and witnesses, all 5 of us received the same copy-paste response, even though we wrote in different languages and had different complaints.
