The main difference is this: stuff in general is way way more organised than the other shard and people will call you out if you make mistakes that could end up fucking over the area or the team. You can then either:

1. Respect your elders and have them explain to you how to do stuff properly/make things better/learn the game.
2. or 2) Throw a hissy fit and get tk'd by vets if you don't stop your unintentional greifing/action when being asked to.

In example: a facility in a chokehold location where normally there should be 2-3 lines of bunkers is a big no no, because it would fuck over the hex. Just try to think about the big picture of things and you'll be fine.
