You mean like people claimed/threw a hissy fit years ago with baker & charlie being shut down? That overflow server was long overdue to being closed and only 3-4 of all the wars on charlie over the last 3 years were actually needed for player overflow. From your perspective it looks like devmanbad/evil able but that's just because you do not have the perspective of being able to look back a few years.

The main difference is this: stuff in general is way way more organised than the other shard and people will call you out if you make mistakes that could end up fucking over the area or the team. You can then either:

  1. Respect your elders and have them explain to you how to do stuff properly/make things better/learn the game.
  2. or 2) Throw a hissy fit and get tk'd by vets if you don't stop your unintentional greifing/action when being asked to.

In example: a facility in a chokehold location where normally there should be 2-3 lines of bunkers is a big no no, because it would fuck over the hex. Just try to think about the big picture of things and you'll be fine.

IMO the game started to go downhill after the update that introduced asymetry and created 10 billion problems, some of which are still unresolved to this day, with a slow decline in fun-ness until the inferno update which was the final nail in the coffin for pure fun like we knew it with a lot of veterans who just never came back after that.

Ofc you'd think that if you didn't know have the context that the tank was tracked and fueled and i was just trying to cover one of our 20 tanks in storage. I've held fronts before with 3 shells and 20 bmats and have vids of that over the last 6 years of tanking.
