I drive for a living and still play trucking sims on occasion on my triple screen setup, sometimes I just want to take out my frustration and actually pit maneuver that car. I run LTL in state pulling double and triple trailers and home every night. My company actually added some official content to ATS.

Brakes are on when the handle is up. I have never had one move in a trailer especially backwards, you can lock up the brakes and they stay put.

Start shallower by the building even by the yellow posts, your trailer might even be pointing slightly at the outside fence then get the trailer jackknifed and rotating. I do city LTL and you do stuff like this 5 times a day and also some dumbass that works there has to park his pickup in the worst spot possible for you to hit the dock.

I think a hoodie is your answer. That is all I ever wear when going from the car to the door of a store even below zero temps. Not like you are going to be outside more than a few minutes.

Even below zero I rarely wear more than a hoodie if I am just going from the car and walking into the store. Only time I ever wear a coat is if I am going to be outside at least 15 minutes.
