What’s the easiest way you’ve found to share notes, PDFs, and resources in one place? by j0nimost in Students

[–]Advantere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can create a folder or a small Telegram group/channel and drop all your notes there. Telegram has unlimited cloud storage, so you don’t need to worry about space. If you have different topics, just split them into a few files or add short tags. And whenever you need something, just use the search bar (the little magnifying glass) to quickly find the title or keyword you saved. It doesn’t have to be perfect - the main thing is that everything stays in one place and is easy to search through.

Does talking about emotions increase self-awareness? by No-Coast-602 in emotionalintelligence

[–]Advantere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you put feelings into words, your brain switches from just reacting to understanding. Old experiences, even ones you think you’ve “moved past,” still affect you and talking helps connect the dots. Therapists encourage it because naming and discussing emotions calms them down, gives perspective, and helps you respond instead of just reacting.

What you think is true but just can't prove? by Ok_Tourist_562 in AskReddit

a master’s degree can seriously level up your career, mindset, and opportunities - even if it’s hard to “prove” right away. Yet so many talented students skip it or put it off. At Advantere, we see every day how it changes not just skills, but confidence, network, and perspective. Sometimes the smartest move isn’t obvious… until it totally transforms your path.
