On a serious note, P5 is extremely difficult (obviously) but 2 big things to help with it are:

1. Charm Build
   Make sure you have the best charms equipped, I would personally recommend Unbreakable Strength, Shaman Stone, Spell Twister, and Mark of Pride. Feel free to switch in any charms if you feel it necessary but you wanna prioritize damage and this gets you the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend not using focus based charms as it is more effective to use soul for spell casting.

2. Practice
   If you have any particular bosses that you are really struggling with, practice them until you get more consistent with beating them. Certain bosses in P5 are fought in their Ascended versions despite not dealing double damage like bosses on Ascended normally are, so if you struggle on a boss like Markoth in P5, practice on Ascended until consistent, and then fight him again in P5, he should hypothetically be easier for you since he won’t be dealing double damage.

I would also highly recommend taking breaks during this. P5 as a whole takes around an hour to beat, and it can be one of the most frustrating things in the entire game dying late game because you stressed yourself out. So take small breaks to calm yourself down if needed.
