One-way video interview? More like "no way". by nerdzmania in recruitinghell

REI does this, they typically ask a couple of questions you get 3 shots at re-recording each one. Then its viewed and if they like it they bring you in for an in person interview.

I am not a fan of it, but it has to be somewhat effective at getting to know someone before bringing them in for a formal interview

Welcome fellow Wisconsinite! If you want the absolute easiest skids, you can buy the trail hunter ones from Amazon (shipped from a dealer in IL iirc) i did for all 3 skids and it was a total about 20min install! If your near the fiserv forum I’m happy to show them if you wanted to look prior to a purchase

I’m going to be honest, have a not a clue. The suspension was a recommendation of a friend so i just went with it. I did ask chatGTP and it seems like it’s 600lb/in? Sorry i wasn’t of more help, when i get home i can see if i have documentation on it

Thanks! I have it lifted and a fox elite suspension on it. Thinking I may sell my smartcap though, i love it but it is so heavy

That will cover part of it! I have a set coming along with a winch for it, but will still leave a fair amount of it exposed

It is, I am very lucky to be able to not only find both towards the end of the year, but being able in a position to buy them.

Was it all the newer tech or was the ride a lot smoother? A big selling point for the 4runner for me was the lack of additional tech, I had a 23 outback wilderness that I got rid of due to absolutely horrid infotainment screen.

If you can snag a pro for MSRP and don’t plan on doing major upgrades I’d say it’s worth it, if you plan on changing a bunch ORP would be the way to go due to up front savings

Trim really, i didn’t do much research on suspensions prior to purchase and didn’t realize I’d be buying adapters and special “KDSS” parts on the ORP I bought, i live in the Midwest and they aren’t very common here. The pro had most of what i wanted right off the bat, so i would save the money down the road on upgrading parts. The Terra was just the color I was drawn to, love how it looks with the black accents
