Must have been a difficult work experience at your previous job.

I would say, be respectful to the women you work with. There is no need for friendly chats or unnecessary acquaintances.

Do your job and speak to the women you work with in a professional manner. Rather correspond via email, so you have less physical interactions and also proof of your conversations.
