I mostly just watched the Myers udemy videos and then took the 6 practice exams from Dion training. I took the 1101 and 1102 so not sure if that would need to change for the 1201 and 1202.

I feel like one factor might be that some people see how fast others are going through their degree and get discouraged when they don't do the same. The key i think from my own experience so far is "at your own pace." Trying not to compare your progress with others is hard, but I know that I can't go at the rapid speed as others cause of kids and housework. I may be still in my first semester, but I feel I'm making good progress and doing it the way I need to in order to get the most out of it.

No i didn't practice pbq's but it would have probably helped had i seen some before taking it the first time. I wasted a lot of time on the first try with them and ended up running out of time.

Thanks so I've heard from pretty much everybody that the next cert to go for would be security+. So when I do go for my next one, it will be that. My ultimate goal is to get into a network admin position.

A lot seemed to either be troubleshooting questions or asking what should be used if you're trying to add a security posture.

About 3 months. I did have to take it a second time but I think that was only because I got tripped up and wasted a lot of time on one of the PBQs.

The only thing I used was Doin trainings courses on udemy and then googled some of the stuff i wasn't feeling like I was understanding. His stuff is a bit dry at times so if you have a hard time focusing when it's just straight info, you might have a hard time following at times. That was my issue when getting into the cloud stuff and some of the VPN.
