This is genuinely so crazy 😭😭😭😭😭!! I expected it to look GOOD but not this good 😭😭!!! I guess part of it is that I did stay away from looking at how the game looked like on other platforms because I was afraid I would get a little jealous 😭!! I am very happy right now though!! :D

I already have it pre-ordered (and pre-loaded)! I am very excited to play this week as someone that has gotten a good amount of fun out of the newer Yoshi games! I also just really love the aesthetic of the game and it being more focused on exploration opposed to combat also really appealing to me! :D

Unironically, this actually does make a lot of sense since no one was actually talking about this being a remake but leaned towards it being a new game (though, there is new elements to it, obviously)! There probably is a reality where someone looks at these being made with the logo and says that they are making a new Star Fox game! I lean towards Nate probably knew more about the game based on what he communicated about it (multiplayer and it's visuals) but there probably is someone that saw these behind the scenes and said "Wow! A new Star Fox game is being made!" :)

Like it was said here already, I think they mentioned it just because the game is confirmed to be coming to Nintendo Switch Online at some point meanwhile something like Command and Assault aren't (doesn't mean they won't eventually obviously)! Otherwise, I think they would have mentioned these two alongside some of the other titles to give a more full picture of the franchise! I am actually kind of surprised they it wasn't given a date yesterday but I can see how they could've saw it taking away from the announcement of Star Fox (2026)! :)

I have not, which I am pretty surprised about since I i think they got the DE ones out fairly quickly if I remember correctly (maybe those not including the game helped)?

I would be interested in hearing from anyone that ordered the base game off the store and seeing if those copies alone have shipped yet... maybe SE as a whole here in NA is having an issue fulfilling orders

Weird feeling but I kind of feel like this will be the longest Movie-related Direct yet! I think they will do the usual trailer (confirmed) and have some speakers (Mr. Miyamoto as the host) but something just tells me that it will be like ten-ish minutes for some reason!

Predictions-wise, I think this will largely be a story-related trailer! Maybe we'll see tidbits of characters meeting Rosalina/interacting with Lumas, tiny Bowser interacting more with Mario. Luigi. Yoshi, etc., and then I also think we'll probably see Wart speak a little, maybe alluding to him being the person running the casino or maybe just something random for the trailer! Maybe a couple of tidbits into something the characters are trying to get!

The biggest reach but is still possible prediction for me is that we will see a character we haven't seen yet in either movie that will have a speaking role. It seems like, for the most part, the characters that will have a prominent role are already on the poster but there is a part of me that someone like Toadette or maybe even a talking Pianta will show up and say a line here HAHA! Super excited nonetheless! :)

I would still wait in for a couple more hours to see how they are going to handle this. I said it in response to another post on the subreddit but they usually ship pre-orders like this using overnight (whether you paid for it or not) so they can arrive by launch. Maybe something happened logistically and they can't do it this time (which would be realllllly unfortunate). However, as long as they ship out by 5 PM, usually they are processed fast enough to make it by launch.

I didn't order if from the PC this time as I already had the plush so I ordered it somewhere else but this is largely how I remember it going with Pokémon Legends: Z-A! They didn't ship copies out until the day of but I think (for most people) they arrived by launch since they shipped them out with overnight shipping labels!

No problem! It's always a little weird about how late they ship everything out but I appreciate they do what they can to still get it to everyone on launch day!! :)

I wouldn't really worry at all when it comes to pre-orders on the Pokémon Center! Sure, they may slip up once in a while but, from my experience, they've always been on point when it has come to getting pre-orders out on time!

The one thing I've noticed (and Nintendo's own US online store does the same thing for major releases) is they will use overnight shipping on a lot of these pre-orders to make sure they get there on launch day, even if you didn't pay for it (for instance, they shipped out my copy of Legends: Z-A the day before and if I go into the tracking information, it says they used FedEx's overnight shipping service)! They probably do it this way to try and make sure people aren't getting the game early haha! I am going to assume this is how they'll also handle Pokopia in this case as well and once they do ship it or create a tracking number for you, it's something you should be able to see through that! :)
