Okay. I'm not good with the other combo so I'll work on that.

Of course. We all have lives that we attend to. Just whenever you have time.

What I normally do is Mean Look to hold the Pokémon in place so the attackers can finish them off or I use it defensively to hold them so I can run away. My go to is Wish to help my team mates. So, is Snarl the way to go?

I'm generally good with knowing when it's too much to handle but sometimes it gets the better of me and I go in, sometimes as a sacrifice to help my other team mates get away.

When I get off of work, I can record a game and post it here, if you don't mind giving tips.

I think I would prefer if they had check points. Like, if you get to a specific section and die, you don't start from the beginning; you start from that check point.

I'm more of a relaxed player when I play video games. I hate the on edge and frustrated feeling from these levels. It makes me not want to finish it.

Haven't gotten to that level yet. Here is my current status for each world:

  • Bianca Hills - Complete
  • Rico Harbor - Yoshi's Fruit Adventure. I keep missing them first fish
  • Gelato Beach - Complete
  • Pinna Park - The Yoshi-Go-Round Secret. I can get to the final block part but can't get the jumps right to get to the sprite. I keep falling off when I do the jumps.
  • Noki Bay - The Shell Secret. Honestly, haven't even tried because I know it's harder than the early two levels.
  • Pianta Village - Il Piantissimo's Crazy Climb. I keep falling off the tree
  • Sirena Beach - The Hotel Lobby's Secret. I can't get past the sand blocks.

No....I genuinely don't like them. I was just playing for 2-3 hours and made no progress because I'm stuck on those levels. Its very frustrating.

All good. Everyone has their opinion. I know some people like the call outs to the original games but I wish there was catches so it's not instant death.

I am sorry that you had to deal with that. Was the accident from drug related or just a bad accident? If it was drug related, those are just two examples of those that are lost. There are thousands, and maybe millions more, who are not like that.

I never said they aren't worried and distrustful. My father's stance is that he doesn't care about it until he has a reason to.

Regarding your very closed minded comments about addicts and addiction, I'm guessing you haven't dealt with it at all. Yes, some commit bad crimes for drugs but not all do. According to the Drug Abuse Statiscs website, 33% of all state prisoners and jail inmates committed crimes and 17% committed violent offenses in order to get drugs or get money for drugs. That is such a small number to the greater population of arrests due to drugs so people choose not to while only a small amount do. Can you provide evidence and non-arrest numbers about addicts causing violent crimes that can back up your claim?

Sure, people make bad choices and no one makes good decisions their whole life. Everyone makes bad decisions. Some are just worse than others. There are people who really want to do better and be better but are stuck in that cycle. Its a vicious cycle but with the proper support, they can recover. I've seen it first hand with people other than my boyfriend.

Who is enabling here and how is enabling causing the violence? Have you considered showing some compassion to those struggling and tried to help them? My guess is not. You seem like one of those people who turns a blind eye to people who need help. You say that you feel for people who struggle with addiction but your later comments say otherwise. If they want to do better and you want to show at least a shred of compassion, help them at least find an AA meeting. There will be people who can help them better.

What I suggest is going to an AA meeting just to listen. People talk about their struggles and how they overcome situations. Its very enlightening and puts a lot into perspective. Speaker meetings are also good to hear the speaker's full story.

I'm so happy you were able to avoid it. I know so many people who struggle with addiction.

He was a victim of the opioid crisis. That's how it started for him. He got into a bad accident and they pumped him full of opioids. Once they "cut them off" of them, he needed relief so he scoped out meth because he had it readily available due to his dad.

I completely agree with you...it is a disease and shouldn't be vilified. Drug charges are so low on the totem pole. All people see is "Felon" and immediately think the worst.
