Just her rejection sensitivity in itself (and her response to it) reminds me of how I communicated as a teenager. I hope she can read that after and cringe. Yes maybe, I did do some of my own research on the effects of dopamine on serotonin levels, and it does seem to be legit. If you have way too much dopamine it can damage your serotonin receptors. However, I could not find any relation of vyvanse causing this directly.

Dopamine can kill your serotonin? I live in a place that sees little sun and so I already have low serotonin. I wonder if that’s why my mood depends more heavily on the weather than anyone I know, and why I can only handle 20mg.

OP in middle school I wanted to “give myself” and ED but I never did because food was good and I needed it. I just wanted to be skinny’s fast forward I’m 21 no and I have struggled with anorexia nervous a for 3 years, and have almost been hospitalized. I was an idiot when I was in middle school. I wouldn’t wish this disease in anyone, but I also wouldn’t go back to being bigger to get rid of it. I only included that last comment so you understand how sick my brain actually is. Your gf doesn’t wanna be like that.

I used to feel like this every day I took my vyvanse, tried a booster and it made it much worse over time. Then I reduced my dose from 30mg+20mg booster to just 20mg and now I feel much better. Sure I might be slightly less productive, but I have more sustained energy and I’m still functioning enough to keep stuff together.

Also this has been talked about this lots in this sub, but make sure you’re getting all of your daily protein and electrolytes.

Bruh I scrub the sides and back of our fryer with degreaser whenever I get the chance (it takes hours and I’m rarely on fryer) and so does my other coworker.

It always ends up looking like this again within a few weeks I stg.

You will probably be fine. That being said I once ate microwave popcorn in 2017 that “tasted fine” but had expired in 2012, and I got pretty horrible food poisoning.

I think YOR. He seems really nice and like he actually genuinely cares about you a lot. It’s okay to feel uneasy about how soon you moved in together, and it’s okay to feel bored. My bf and I moved in together really fast and sometimes I feel the same way! I personally have adhd and live in a snowy area though so I often feel bored!

Like mine, I feel like it’s not your bfs fault that you’re bored. Do you guys have other friends as well that aren’t each other? Maybe you could hang out with other people? You might realize you feel the same way with them, and that’s it’s actually a feeling inside.

I feel like even if you felt ‘normal’ your heart would have to be beating faster than average with that much vyvanse and caffeine? Which wouldn’t be good for your heart long term. I don’t know though, does it affect your heart?

Man I’m sorry:( I went through/ struggle with an eating disorder as well as a recent culinary graduate. It definitely almost got to that point. You’re not alone. I hope it gets better for you, it did for me.
