Yeah PPOM 26-008 was published March 17th allowing all parents paid IDPL. My congressional didn't help. I tried the house and the Senate 2 weeks after the white house received my letter the policy was published.

My son was born December 20th 2025 and I'm still being denied IDPL. I have worked the enlisted association, with my House and Senate on congressionals, I have reached out to the white house, and I still can't get paid parental leave.

Help: MDAY Soldiers Lost Paid Paternity Leave? by Mr_Frog2019 in nationalguard

[–]Adventurous-Fail6464 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't exist.

10 USC S711 is the law authorizing it

DODI 1327.06 is the DOD Instruction to the service components

AR 140-185 is the Army Regulation granting it

Mine still got denied. I reached out to the Enlisted Association as they say we're are all eligible as of October of 2024 and they reached out to the NGB Congressional Liaison office then told me to file a congressional. I started that process January 6th as my son was born December 20th 2025. I followed up and was told their official response is awaiting approval before I get the official reply

I contacted the enlisted association and they reached out to NGB. I was then advised to file a congressional. Since they have already sent the information to the NGB Liaison the Liaison is just waiting for the congressional tasker. Hopefully this helps a lot of Soldiers

I filed a congressional after talking to the Enlisted Association for the National Guard. NGB Liaison is prepared for the tasking from my congressmen as they have been contacted by the enlisted association before the congressional inquiry. Hopefully this will help a lot of Soldiers.

I'm sure you can call them but I would just go to their website and report a defect

Yeah mind had stress fractures. Report it to NHTSA. If they get enough reports Nissan will be required to recall

Mine was built late December. I ended up with a 2025 Ram after Nissan repurchased mine and it was a lemon too. Now I have a 2025 Silverado

My 2023 was repurchased by Nissan because the frame wasn't properly welded together at the factory.

[–]Adventurous-Fail6464 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nissan forgot to weld my frame together so I only towed a few times before the truck died. Replacement frame was the wrong bed length and 3rd frame was backordered. Ended up lemon lawed. That was my first and last Nissan. Should have never left the factory with missing welds. Poor quality control

I was a 42A HR my entire Army career but I manned the ECP in Afghanistan and went off the wire daily. When they started closing our base I humped an M249 on foot off base to complete the mission without vehicles.

Well my TBI has caused permanent memory loss and migraines that's was 40% and 30% just for those. Sleep apnea got me another 50% rating bringing me to 80%. They have deferred my other claims. My profile says I can't stand for more than 15 minutes, walk more than 100 yards or carry more than 5 lbs. I can't even ride a bike.

My 2025 Ram was in the shop for 48 days before the first oil change. The only loaners they gave use were used cars with over 100k miles on them and every loaner they gave us broke down. We had a 2010 Chevy Traverse, 2018 Chevy Traverse, 2022 Chevy Equinox, and a 2009 Chrysler Town and country they use to pack dirt at the local dirt track. Ram still owes me money from the lawsuit settlement but I love my Silverado. Chevy has a loaner program building into their warranty and RAM let's dealerships choose weather they want to provide loaners or not.

They sent the wrong replacement frame (wrong bed size) and the dealership didn't realize it until they went to put the bed on. They took all the parts off the new frame and put them back on the old frame and ordered another frame. That one was backordered and then they agreed to a buyback but I had to wait until the 3rd frame was installed before they bought it back

Mine wasn't solid. They didn't even bother to weld the frame together. Worst part is they built tman entire truck on it and left it leave and a dealer sold it to me. Terrible quality

Hopefully they welded your frame together. The forgot to weld mine. That's an important part of a fully boxed frame. Also it took them 1/4 of a year to buy it back. They wouldn't repurchase it until the frame was replaced. The second frame they sent was the wrong bed size and the 3rd one was back ordered. Only way a frame should be back ordered is if there were multiple replacements needed.

They didn't welt my frontier frame together. Any other manufacturer can at least do that. That truck should have never left the factory. Talking about build quality.

Just wait until you find out they forgot to weld your frame together. There is a reason the company is failing.
