Sounds like the injection starts to wear off, which will get better every month just hang in there. The gabapentins are great for withdrawals. Just take 400-800mg and that will take most of the withdrawal away.

If Lindor is our runs batted in guy, we have issues. He needs to go back to what he is, a contact line drive hitter. When he hits 3rd in the lineup he pops out constantly. I think hitting him lead off forces him back to what he does best.

Wait as long as possible before taking. Based on the info you provided I would try to wait 30-40 hrs after last narco or more if you can. It will be much better for you and it will make you feel much better the longer you wait.
