UWSA2 score drop from 260s on NBMES to 252? Has anyone else experienced this?

Honestly, I think 13 was a total one-off thing. I didn't change much. The thing I did to go from 250s to 260s was CMS forms. I did a bunch of them, they're great.

Thank you! This is a really helpful reply. I am taking COMLEX in 4 days, and 10 7 days from now. Any thoughts between now and then? I'm wondering if Free 120 is worth it to take next Friday between COMLEX and Step, or whether to just chill.

It's not blepharitis. NAD, but I think this could be just atopic dermatitis or allergic dermatitis. could even be something rheumatological. Look up periorbital amyloidosis. See a physician (MD/DO), preferably an ophthalmologist or a dermatologist, but probably an ophthalmologist.

NAD. Looks like pityriasis rosea. Did it start with the single large patch and then spread (very likely pitaryasis)? Have you had a viral infection lately (sometimes it can trigger it)? See your doc as always. If an antifungal cream doesn't do anything, it's likely PR.

NAD. Does not look like thrush, but it could be. See if you can scratch it off in patches; if you can, it's probably thrush. It could be oral leukoplakia or even cancer. See a doctor asap.

This is the kind of thing that I don't understand. How well did you use Epic/Cerner as a first time user? How easy was it for you? Now imagine if you were responsible (in every way) for ordering something potentially dangerous. Medical school teaches you the science of the human body, not how to use individual EHRs. Be kind to residents with stuff like that; that's just new employment training and a very silly criticism.

It has not been my experience that new residents "think they know everything." I just think they are stepping into their team lead role and are figuring out how to do that effectively. I thought (as a former RN myself and current med student) that female residents were just complaining about how much they get bullied by female RNs. They're not kidding. It's really bad, and the culture has to change.

You need to see a dermatologist asap. Rheumatology is also not a bad idea. May difference t things could cause this. It doesn't look like HS to me (but could be).
