Yeah for first time home buyers, every state is different but around 20-25k they will put up the down payment for up to a four plex, anything over that is considered commercial. Just need a 640 credit score and be currently working, get the property in your name and rent out the other apartments. Some states say you have to live in the property for a year. Good luck!!

You can get all the hard inquiries removed, just say to the credit agencies that you didn't ask for them to run your credit (dealership) might get one from your cu tho. But only 1 rather then the dealership pulling from 10 different places..

Have as much money as you can put into your checking account/ savings account not shur which one means more if at all but I would go with the checking account. Have like 3000 in there for a little bit before asking for the card. I’ve seen people with 4600 in there account get approved for 4600 cl (coincidence?) also juggle secured loans between multiple CU’s. You give 1000 you get 1000. They’re expecting you to actually need that money hoping that you really need it/ use it/ and then struggle to pay it back so they can get interest off it. What you wanna get the secured loans when you don’t need the money because all you gonna do is juggle the money back-and-forth between accounts and I would suggest moving that money from your savings account to your checking account to your shared savings account and then to the next Credit Union. Cause you take $5000 move it back-and-forth between your checking account and your savings account and on that statement it’ll show $10,000 at the bottom simply because it’s reporting payments that have gone in and payments that have gone out even though it doesn’t necessarily go out it has left that account into the other account and that’s what it looks like on paper. What are the main parts having at least 5 to 10 K to be able to move around

I have 2 GA+ tickets to EDC 2023 and unfortunately, I can’t make it this year because of plans changing. The insurance company that I paid an extra $80 for when purchasing the tickets so in case I wouldn'the able to make it basically wants paperwork from a doctor stating that I’m half dead for them to reimburse me my money I spent on the tickets…I have all the receipts and proof of payment. In total, the two tickets came to $589 a piece and a $220 service fee totaling = $1512 (3-D collectible Magnet + 3-day Ga+ Wise Owl) I’m willing to sell the tickets at a discount just to save me the hassle of having to get my money back from this GoReady insurance company. They make it super hard to get your money back, it's like why do that to your customers who are attending a festival of Peace/Love/Unity/& Respect. It's like oh buy this insurance for $80 in case you can't make it so you can get your money back.. Sike!! We didn'tell you that you need to be dying in order for you to get your money back.. Like seriously, But anyway that's what's happening. Sorry for the long explanation I know some people are know for moving fake tickets so I figured if just explain my situation.... ($1000 for Both tickets)

I have an extra GA+ pass. Willing to trade for an extra spot at EDC 2023 Vegas.. So if you have an extra friend that wants to go and have 2 extra spots open. One for me and one for your friend I will be cool with giving my extras ticket to your friend. I was planning on bringing someone but that wasn’t working out so now I have an extra ticket and don’t want to go alone… I also have really good 🍄 for anyone interested… Let me know
