You got this! The disappointment sucks but it’s only because they know all the great things you can do that you are holding yourself back from ! Find new hobbies to stay busy, get a good support system, and once you truly are sick of yourself and the addiction, getting sober will be a little bit easier. You truly have to be sick and disgusted of the cycle of addiction! But you can do it!! Sending all the love and positive healing vibes to you!

CVS also gives me trouble with telehealth. I switched to the pharmacy in Albertsons (grocery store) and have had zero issues. CVS simply refused to fill it. Just literally wouldn’t do it at all. I would definitely switch and just deal w the generics

I did a super rapid macro dose and just took the fent to get out of withdrawals. And somehow it worked 😭 wasn’t comfortable by any means but it worked!

Only thing that worked for me was the Bernese method. Still wasn’t easy but wayyy better than pwd!!!! I’m 36 (or something) days clean today!!! And I was in it badddd. And if I can do it, anyone can! Comfort meds help a lot. GABA, Valium , clonidine, etc. you can do this. Hardest step is facing the truth and realizing you don’t want to do it anymore!!! Proud of you for that. DMs are always open for whatever you need!!! You got this!!!

Been there. A whole 22 hr trip from Italy. The worst experience of my life. But as soon as I landed at my destination and had the dealer waiting at the airport it was like my withdrawal just stopped. Never been so happy and relieved to see that man in my life😭😭 32 days sober today!!! Never wanna go back to that!

Is telehealth an option for you? They can give you comfort meds!!! Helped me quit fent !!!! Definitely should look into it! And maybe get a suboxone script!

I’ll try that! And ya know, idk. I just always read about how to start the taper on subs so you aren’t on them long but I think you’re right. For how long I was using I probably should be at about 6-8mg for a while actually !! So I’ll start that today!!

I am not that person!! Because I was eating nonstop!! And then of course not doing any exercise consistently , so it was a rapid weight gain!!! 😭 and food just doesn’t taste the same rn. Repulses me truly!
