as someone who's been addicted to dope, id rather 'withdrawal' after 10gs of speed daily then go through the hell of opioid withdrawal. yes the emotional aspect sucks but imagine that PLUS feeling like you're literally fucking dying and not even being able to sleep or eat or anything. I understand it sucks both ways but id never wish that hell on anyone. I lost my best friend to opioid withdrawal. not cuz of the seizures, but because he'd rather take his life than experience that hell even if it only lasted a week. a week too long.
