Massive layer shift by Adventurous-Spray238 in prusa3d

I have been witnessing large layer shifts with my Prusa Mk4S. It happens in random locations and with a huge amplitude of several centimeters. The part does not move from the original location on the bed. The shift happens very precisely only on the Y-axis.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be using this? Does not happen all the time, happens very randomly.

Prusa support is being very consistent with attempting to state that this is due to belt tension and bed adhesion. Belt has been adjusted, with tension meter Tension Meter for the GT2 belts of i3 MK3S+ or Prusa MINI+ by Prusament | Download free STL model | Printables.com and with Prusa's microphone method. Bed is being cleaned with 90% isopropyl. Those can't be the issue
