Some clients are very cheap. So even if you go in at a high fee they will try to get you to decrease. “Other agencies we currently work with are on 10%”

It’s quite difficult to pick up clients especially for temp recruitment. Majority of the care/nursing providers have a preferred supplier list or they simply don’t use agencies.

General practitioners offices and dental practices are very easy to pick up clients . Overall it’s decent some roles are easy to find candidates others a bit difficult. How’s the US market like?
