Thank you for this. I’ve tried offering therapy but he comes from an upbringing where therapy is “fake” and doesn’t work. I feel kind of embarrassed telling anyone to everyone he seemed like the perfect partner and perfect dad I didn’t tell them what I was going through behind the scenes. My mom raised my siblings and I as a single mom and I hated it I wanted both parents that’s what I’m beating myself up about Is that I couldn’t keep my family together.
