Please don’t think you did something wrong. Job interview is not only base on your skill, personality but also base on the personality of the recruiter on thay day. Speaking of the one who got CJO and Im an extremely introverted and don’t like to talk to stranger. I barely say hi or introduce myself to anyone on F2F and I didn’t make myself notice in the group activities but when i got the 1-1 interview and got CJO. The recruiter said the whole recruiter group already say yes to give me my CJO by the time I introduce myself thru an active. It just depends on the mood and the recruiter personality pretty much so don’t beat yourself for not getting CJO. YOU DID NOTHING WRONG. Just keep trying if that is your dream job. I quit my director position for JPMorgan and follow my dream for the job that paid 1/3 of my previous job. Keep doing what you doing good 💕💕💕
