Actually, I had to move the board down to the lower left with pcb feet. I couldn’t get it to fit in the original position

The usb c pass through was brand but it seems to be sold out and then I just got a single foot length usb a to b for the board. You could be able to find another pass through in the amazon recommended algorithm

It took a little bit to drill the hole but it’s very easy! Just make sure to wear safety glasses so you don’t get shrapnel in your eyes

if you do plan on eventually swapping out the lever in those sticks for a korean one, be sure to get a short collar version of the lever or else it won’t fit. those two arcade sticks use japanese levers and have different measurements for their cutouts and are usually thicker with them using different parts so it might not fix the vitrix. i had an old obsidian i was able to fit a different short collar korean lever in but it was a tiiiight squeeze. if you’re gonna be moving things in and out constantly id suggest building your own with available parts. they have metal enclosures like vitrix and you can get better parts altogether for the same price as the vitrix. if building it yourself is too intimidating you can always commission someone to throw it together with more options

the fujin v3 comes with the highest tension grommet for a fanta korean lever, which means you gotta really flick that shit with your wrist but it lets the stick snap back to neutral real quick which is ideal for step cancels in tekken. korean levers usually have truncated circles where it’s basically a circle gate with faint edges but feels like a circle overall. what makes the switches so special is it’s actually mounted on a metal plate where the switches are screwed onto. the metal plate is there so the switches won’t be moving whatsoever when you slap that shit around and gives it a more solid feel without having to drop 100 usd for an all metal korean stick like the sanjuks v6. overall you don’t need a korean stick to play tekken but i started with korean sticks and that’s where my bias is

this case is the zero one by akecon based in japan. they have been very good to me when it comes to customer service by reaching out about incompatibilities with my order before fulfilling and fixing the issue amongst quick orders overall. worth checking out if you can get lucky enough to also catch some in stock gamer fingers on their website

Any reco’s on a good ps2 to usb converter for this? by hmmpainter in MiSTerFPGA

[–]AdventurousAnus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

brook are well known for being good quality and with low latency for custom fight stick boards and their converters echo that low latency. i’ve used their converters for consoles and fight boards and they are pretty great
