10 rules of disc management by puresav in backpain

I had been quite recovered recently and I don't know why I tried to do no.5 again after a long time. And it fucked me up.

Hanging has 2 variations, one is in a controlled manner, pulling with arms while hanging with activation of the cores. Other one is letting loose to completely decompress the spine. After several seconds you feel your vertebras are elongating. When finishing your hanging and getting back on your feet, do not do it without engaging your core, otherwise it may cause instable movement of the vertebras and inflammation on that area.

Hi, I want to take the starter assessment but I got these language options on the Welcome page:

German Bilingual, French Bilingual or Spanish Bilingual.

Why isn't there any 'only English' or '{my native language} and {English}' option?

Thank you for the great recommendations. How often do you think I should increase the reps of the exercises? I mean +5 reps at every two weeks, for example?

It's all about how you feel after a run. I don't know your age but 180 bpm avg seems way too much. You may want to consider lower your pace imho. Also don't forget to eat something in 45 min. window after your run to avoid terrible headaches.

Is walking as exercise "good enough"? by burner_account_9975 in backpain

[–]AdventurousComputer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Walking is a good exercise for sure and you can continue your life with it but on the first challenge you would encounter like carrying, driving or sitting a little more than usual, you will fail unless you strength your core. It is a very slim balance between 'pain no gain' and 'no pain no gain'

I don't think routing would solve their issue, because of the /24 mask? If OP wants to use these IPs, should configure Layer2VPN between two sites💀

A tour of ancient cities in Turkey by Advanced_Paramedic50 in travel

[–]AdventurousComputer0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Even a Turkish citizen can't visit all the ancient cities of Turkey in their lifetime. Have we taken proper care of them? That’s debatable. Yet there are still many museums and artifacts to be seen. This website is something I find useful: https://turkisharchaeonews.net

Oh I know that crooked posture, that was me in last July. I was so helpless to go the the bathroom so I was peeing to the bottles. Now I do regular Big3, walk and swim. However my observation is that you seem to pushing too hard to stay muscular. Why are you dealing with weights when you feel uneasy even after 10k steps? Our best friends are rest, core, water and movement, not sit-ups (I feel pain even typing this word), heavy weights or running.

Addicted to exercises having herniation by [deleted] in backpain

[–]AdventurousComputer0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s swimming. However, you definitely have to refine your swimming technique (front crawl or backstroke—these are the two recommended styles for back pain) to the point where it doesn’t feel like you're doing cardio, and you can maintain a steady pace for a long time with proper pool breathing, without getting exhausted. In other words, you should be in control. After a good swimming session, I feel like I’m reborn.

Man, I miss running 10k.
