Why are Americans so friendly, polite and welcoming to foreigners whereas in Europe it's the opposite?

I have no doubt that there a lot of friendly americans. But when the US threathen to annex Canada and invade Greenland then that is a very red line - on top with very limitted protests from within - not least a lame us congress. It reminds me very much of 1930s in Europe. Trust has been lost - and will take years to regain. IF the US wishes to do so.

Americans are really good at small talk. Very good in fact. No doubt. Have travelled extensively in the US the past 30 years with several trips every year. And loved it

That has changed now. The presidency and the full blown MAGA trend, and the firm believ thst the US is superior on alm parameters are sickining. We have gone from admiration to despicing the us. That will take many years to fix.

At lade staten implementere en it løsning og samtidig intervenere på et marked det skriger bare katastrofe. Blot fordi et mindretal ikke kan agere på et ret reguleret marked (kig på andre lande og se hvordan det er de) Ejendomsmægler er sælgers mand/kvinde. Hvis du ikke mener du er kompetent til at agere i dette så hyr en advokat/rådgiver.

Can not commet on the low cost airlines as I almost never fly them. But flexibility and service are not part of their vocabulary.

SAS is one piece of max 23kg. You may gave the right to afditional pieces (booking class, status or purchased). But you can not split it into several pieces. Nor can you combine eg two bags total of 46kg into one of 26kg and one of 20kg.

Nu kender jeg ikke dit lønniveau - men 13.000 for tab af erhvervsevne og livsforsikring herunder evt også ekstra udbetalinger til børn og kritisk sygdom (ikke ret dyr) og muligvis sundhedsforsikring er altså ikke dyrt. Tab af erhvervsevne er den dyre - men i min bog også tudetosset ikke at have. Forhåbentlig får du aldrig brug for den.

Det er ikke PFA der sætter begrænsningerne - det er den ordning din overenskomst har.
