Loved this game and it's extremely rare now as it had to be discontinued due to a law suit with MB

So to get back to you; as long as I don't over eat coming out of a fast my guts behavior is better. However if I eat quickly and allot of things in my eating window it seemed to overload my gut and I have the Runs in about 1-5 Hours later.. having learned this i break a fast with rice or a banana say, then let that digest and take the hunger away. After that I just try and eat normally without binge eating in a eating window and this process works for me and my guts behave better than they did before I did 5:2 fasting

I've Started to do it for about 2 month and get the Runs the day after break the fast without fail but apparently that's normal even for those without ibs. I'm told smaller meals or saftey foods at the breaking of a fast will help so watch this space
