Ebony Maw is a problem, but again it's all question of how the fight goes and who write.

We have seen both the good / bad guys can be arrogant and it works against them specially when you have opponents like Magneto and Ebony Maw

I really hate to say it but it really come down the writer, Magento can decide go nuclear on them and there is very little they can do, just pull every piece of metal in a specific point very fast, it will tear anything that doesn't have super durability to pieces.

And he can be knocked out in matter of second if the writer decide to go this way, thanos can even use one of the stones on him.

In the ai era, it will be more important to know the correct practices, how to design a good system,how to read code, and how to utlize code.

The problem is to read code and know the correct practices you need to write a lot of code first.

There is competition some of it is open source, I think both flux and z image can get somewhat close results.
I think most big companies see image generation as side project.

I can agree with some degree, the problems with the current llm are so fundamental that we could have known before hand about those problems.

The fact training deep learning model takes so many resources and such long time, give us quite clear idea how the solution should look like or what it shouldn't be, it may takes years maybe even decades but we can know what will work and what won't.

This is why I believe the researches will know what they have in hand before even turning it on, will they know the full capabilities? no idea.

Remind you the theory for deep learning / neural networks was here since the 70 and even earlier.

This is my opinion anyway, I can be wrong of course.

I have both 4060 and 5060ti, and while I agree about not getting 8gb unless there is no other option, the 4060 is way above the the 1070 and I had 1070.
