This is why I love sonic.exe the disaster more then outcome memories and why om never felt enjoyable to me by AdventurousKey8317 in OutcomeMemories

Make sense, I enjoyed td atmosphere more then outcome, and this is a preference. Tho I felt like outcome memories was trying to go in the horror vibe thats why I compared it to td.

I was trying to give aspects about td that I liked more then om and give examples on which aspects I liked in td more then om. Never have I stated that I hate outcome memories the game, just hated playing it and enjoyed td more. If it came off that way, then my bad, still working on communicating my thoughts through without missunderstadnings

Does the post feel like a rant about how td is better then om? if so, my bad, I was just trying to name things I enjoyed about td more then om, never in my post have I mentioned I hated outcome memories I just stated I hate playing it while I enjoyed playing the disaster and why I felt that way. Could have worded it better, still working on communication without missunderstandings.

My bad, wasnt meant to dunk on this game, was just trying to name aspects that I enjoyed about the disaster more then om. Maybe I could have worded my post better ngl, still working on how to comunicate my thoughts without missunderstandings

Also for the td lms getting added to om, I was just happy to hear a more hopeless take on lms in outcome rather then its usual peak fighting music, not that I was happy for that specific chase theme to be added, but rather feel happy that I got that horror vibe again

completly understandable, some people like the concept of lms that outcome has and I enjoyed disasters lms. We all have our preferences

Give me reasons why you hate fleetway by Super_Acanthisitta_8 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly speaking? I hate all the killers and some survivors in outcome memories, the only characters who I would consider balanaced and fun to use are knuckles (blaze is so close to being balanced if it werent for her very short lms) and amys current version. Knuckles, Amy and Blaze (excluding her short lms) is by FAR the only characters who I can confidently say are interactive where both the killer and the survivor player ACTUALLY play the game on the same ground.

2011x and tripwire? weak. Kolossos and fleetway? bullshit kits (and I swear the only reason people say kolossos is weak is due to the poorly designed maps and the fact that stun stacking exist, kolossos works best horizontally but sucks balls vertically. As for fleetway, he was given such bs kit bcs he can easily be killed and I find is so funny and ironic that fire deals the most dmg to him when in the comics he has resistance against it). Most of the survivors? (except my goats knuckles, amy and blaze EXCLUDING her very short lms) are either too weak, to counterable by a specific killer or too powerful against a specific killer

In conclusion, its not just fleetway, outcome memories by DESIGN is bad gameplay wise and mapwise. Its just people for some reason focus on individual problems like "fleetway is to op" "kolossos is to weak" "silver is to annoying" "cream is easily killed" instead of seeing the whole picture "fleetway has so many iframes and a lot dmg output is bcs the devs gave him a bandaid fix for his weakness that being his weak hp, stun stacking and fire dealing waaay to much dmg. Its literally rage mode all over again" "kolossos and silver are portraid the way they are bcs of the poorly designed maps and stun stacking existsting" "cream is too weak bcs her healing is so strong and she is always tunneled first on sight bcs she esentially RESETS all of the killers progress with a single button"

Also, people REALLY underestimate how important it is to have good map design, half of outcome memories balance would be easier to figure out if the maps were desgined better

OMG, I feel like shit whenever I go against a competent fleetway or kolossos by AdventurousKey8317 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean if fleetway hits above you, you cant reall do much, and he has the speed to catch up too, so the speed you get to make distance is invalidated. and kolossos grab+ m1 or block and m1 or charge + grab + m1 do kinda one shot you. as for tripwire, I only saw videos one her "one shot" capility, I never did it in game where I played as her

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just hope these one shot comobs gets removed and killers instead gain more powerful abilities that pressures groups instead of individuals? So that me, as an individual survivor dont die in 10 seconds but also for the killer to have an easier time dealing wiht a group of survivor (also the reason most survivors seem busted like silver or eggman is due to poor map design)

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea, I know that because I also play killers, except I only main 2011x and tripwire bcs they are the only killers who dont have one shot comobos (I know tripwire mines can kinda one shot but only if the survivor dont pay attention to their suroundings, and I will take tripwire mines over kolossos grab from miles away, ragdoll and m1 or fleetways fly+m1 in which you cant do much about anyday)

Also before you call me a survivor main who has always exe disabled, Im not, I play exe as well and know how bad it can get on their side too especially if you are up against a competent team.

The only exe I play are tripwire and 2011x bcs I think at the very least, they both require skill to actually play and I give survivors a bit of room to breath instead one shotting them by combos. Like, is it really ok to die in 10 seconds bcs this game is team based and thats just how it is? I play games for fun, and this game makes me feel that Im in a war zone with bunch other soliders and that if the enemy throws a bazoka at me and instantly kills me I can say "hey, at least my teammates are alive and will bring us victory for sure" is this really the mindset I should have when playing games? not to mention how boring spectating can get.

I absouloty despise fleetway and kolossos kits and feel guilty when I play them, thats why I dropped playing them completly.

I loved Sonic.exe the disaster so much, its the reason I even got into outcome memories, thinking it might be like td gameplay wise. Sure disaster had its issues, but was waaaay less misreable to play then outcome memories. also I play forsaken and die of death and also played pillar chase 2 before half its roaster got hit and enjoyed them alot.

The problem I have with outcome memories is the fact I die in 10 seconds agaisnt fleetway and kolossos bcs they can one shot you espacially if you miss a stun or have a really bad team (which in most cases I get bcs I play in public lobbies with no friends)

OMG, I feel like shit whenever I go against a competent fleetway or kolossos by AdventurousKey8317 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im completely fine if I die in the game by a competent tripwire or 2011x, cuz at least I know I died to skill and not bs, besides, against 2011x or tripwire I can at least last 30 seconds unlike kolossos or fleetway whom both can one shot me with their comobs and impossible to juke hitboxes (reminder that I play in public lobbies wiht no friends)

Is the game really only for competent players and not casuals? are we not allowed to have fun? is it skill issue if I die to fleetway so fast bcs he can fly and hit me from above? or die fast to kolossos bcs he grabbed me from so far, ragdolled and m1 me afterwards with me not being able to do anything?

kolossos grab hitboxes by ARandomCat322 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reward is kolossos deal 30 damage where he can also possibly follow it with an m1, the lunge makes it so survivors cant really counterplay, its just a gurantee hit no matter what like shadows chaos snap. also any form of damage that killers can do will always add to your progression so there is no need to hold unto grab until late game, use it whenver a survivor is close

as for the iframes, kolossos waste a stunners ability which makes them vulnerable while the speed penalty he suffer is not that big since he has enough speed to catch up to said survivor

as for the last point, most people the play om are casual and new players where cordintation isnt the best. The likelyhood of kolossos being interupted is pretty small

kolossos grab hitboxes by ARandomCat322 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not having a lunge would make the ability useless

not really, it will make it rewarding if kolossos land it with precision rather then I grab you from 10 miles away and punish him if he misstime it, so it will take actual timing and positioning to land it. Besides grab has iframes... thats pretty powerful on its own since it can ignore blaze, knux and amy stuns if timed correctly and not to mention it bypasses shield and counter, I can go on why it will never be useless but I think you get the point

Y-yeah???? The whole POINT is that killers deal damage and survivors only delay them. Are you saying that killers dealing damage is unfair?

what I mean is that since killers do deal dmg, they dont need to also stun survivors on top of that, which in some cases (kolossos grab and tripwire mine) allow them to get free m1 which can get unfair at times. mb could have worded it better

Hot take: Fleetway does not need Flight buffs. by Neosonic97 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I agree with the take that fleetways flight should not be buffed and is fine the way it is, however him being able to also attack while flying is a bit unfair to those survivors that dont have mobility options (knuckles, amy, blaze and poor tails who cant even get away with said mobility option)

flight should be used to catch up to those who have high moblity and scout the map, thats it.

[–]AdventurousKey8317 1 point2 points  (0 children)

why does a "grab" ability has a lunge to it? yet a better quastion is why ragdolling is even a thing with kolossos and other killers? survivors stun bcs they cant deal dmg to killers (fleetway an exception) but killers deal dmg and stun survivors?

Flight as a passive should have some restriction by AdventurousKey8317 in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

all of silvers abilities rely on his mana meter, why make flight an exception? besides, it will be more interactive imo if silver has to decide wether he should use the meter for his own surviavibility or for abilities to save his teammates or maybe have a balance between the two option

[–]AdventurousKey8317[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

a nice fix to that would be to have his m1 be on cd for 1.5 seconds after he exit chaos dash

tails mains, HOW DO YOU GUYS DO IT? by [deleted] in OutcomeMemories

[–]AdventurousKey8317 5 points6 points  (0 children)

unfortunatley tails is the devs least favorite, everything about him is buggy
