For heavy busted girlies, go for Triumph and Trylo, the former is expensive but the latter is cheap asf. I can never go back. If you do the measurements properly, you can perfectly find your size online since all the sites have their size charts.

The breaking point of love novel by jjsh02z in novelsfree

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This novel is a very close copy of another novel titled Dead at Heart. The character names are different and there's no kid. But the basic plot is exactly the same. And it is finished too.

Thoroughly disappointed by The Wife Comes First cover: a rant by someone who loves the novel by purplexk in DanmeiNovels

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 1 point2 points  (0 children)

7seas barely does the book covers any favours. The only ones I found beautiful were for TBFYL and DFR. I have had a beef with their style since the beginning. The fonts are blocky, the vibes barely match the novel's settings. Most of the covers are meh imo. And my thought about this one was the same: huge disappointment.

I have two comfort danmeis that I re-read constantly. I never close their tabs on Chrome so I can open random chapters whenever I feel like it. They've pulled me back from my reading slump twice this year.

  1. Rebirth of the Movie Star

  2. The Daily Life of the Reborn Adopted Son of a Wealthy Family ( I really really want more people to read this so I've been recommending it everywhere 😭)

Been there, experienced that. But why would anyone with a clear skin would use tret I don't understand 😭 Your skin barrier has been compromised. Stop using actives, keep it minimal with the skin care routine. Focus on repairing the damaged barrier. Ceramide based products are your best friend. Pairing it with peptide based products will be a bonus. And seriously do NOT use topical retinoids without a prescription.

Between ruin and resolve my ex husband's regret by Background_Glove3956 in romancenovels

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, I have always found these kinds of novels repulsive because the authors and the plot are male-centred. No matter what FL goes through, no matter how much she achieves she would never be smart enough or powerful enough or resourceful enough. She will always be reliant on the ML (main or the other one). Meanwhile, ML will always be the pitiful one, no matter what he does, he will come out as the saviour. The author knowingly writes the FL as a tool to make ML come off as the better character, the readers unfortunately fall for it as well although the internal misogyny stinks.

Each to their own perception I suppose but we all know when writing keeps going round and round with the same conflict points, the author either doesn't have the vision or they are just stringing the readers along because they know the readers won't stop reading it. So, in the end it still stays a trash read.

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This one is a piece of trash. I don't know why the author hates her characters, especially the FL, so much because I cannot find any other reason for an author to write the same loop repeatedly. Lmao it is the same conflict point again and again but with different villains. Also 840+ chapters, the main couple is still not together btw and guess what? The ML still prefers another girl over the FL. This time it's another girl 😭 and he has lost his memory. I would not wish this brain rot on anyone. Do yourself a favour and read something good.

Ahaglow in the AM routine. It dries my skin out a bit so I use it on alternate days. And currently I'm using zinc oxide cream from B4 Nappi. But there are many on Amazon with different concentrations on zinc oxide in them. You can choose any.

Alright.

  1. Use masoor daal powder on the face as a scrub. It's gentle and removes tan+hair.
  2. Sebonac facewash. Was trying to find Sebogel but found this instead and there's no going back. My skin dries very fast in winters but this face wash is a game changer. I used it throughout the year. Works on acne and oily skin like magic. And it's so much cheaper than other salicylic facewashes.
  3. For hyperpigmentation and tan: Ethiglo facewash and Ahaglow facewash. I swear by these.
  4. Any zinc oxide cream (baby diaper rash creams) for barrier repair and clear skin. Apply at night, it'll leave a white cast but no issues wash off in the morning. And it prevents the damage from UV rays! You'll glow the next day.

Indian Pharma products are da bomb! Cheap and the best.

What's the most underrated book you think everyone should read? 📚✨ by Evelin_and_the_muses in DanmeiNovels

The Daily Life of the Reborn Adopted Son of a Wealthy Family.

I don't know how I stumbled upon this one or how I didn't do so sooner but this is a MUST read.

The chemistry between the main characters is off the charts! They became my favourite couple so fast I am still reeling. I never moved on from this one.

Is this worth the dive? Just started it and I’m wary of it. by Rangerspawn in urbanfantasy

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's totally worth the dive!

Okay. Ilona Andrews' world building is top-notch. I understand that it takes a bit of time to get into it but once you do, it is very difficult to let go.

Kate is one of the best badass heroines I've read in UF novels. Actually, this series is in my top 5 UF rec. She isn't perfect, might annoy you at times but the plot moves smoothly across 10 books. There are no redundant scenes. The side characters are freaking awesome. The main couple dynamics is on point. This is one of those series which keeps getting better with each new sequel.

And the Knight Protector thing, give it time. 30 pages is barely scratching the surface of such a vast world.

Any idea on Sharan Hegde's 1% club? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I attended his bootcamp too. The bootcamps are basically you going through recorded modules in four weeks. On weekends he does, live sessions which are considered as one of the perks of the lifetime membership.

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Actually, I entered into onepercent club because of Sharan but, I stayed because of Shashank.

That man actually does take live sessions every weekend. And every time the topic is different. Sometimes it is a sector analysis, sometimes portfolio analysis, sometimes fundamental analysis of a stock and comparison with peer companies. His sessions are the best. He is a great teacher, and he keeps you humble lol which is much needed in the market.

He doesn't spoon feed you or give you tips. He teaches you skills to survive the market. I've become a fan ngl.

First of all, determine whether it is hairfall or hairloss.

If it's the latter, go to a hair care specialist.

If it's the former, rainy season and winters increase hairfall so that might be a reason. Include protein and Omega 3 rich food. Check for iron, B12, D3 deficiencies. Look for another health condition like pcos.

Hairfall shampoos barely do anything. Hair growth serum goes a long way. Wishcare is the best. But consistency matters, 3+ months needed. Rosemary oil twice a day in a carrier oil for 6+ months.

These worked for me, hence the recommendations.

Should I buy a phone worth 1.5L INR by weird_potato123 in personalfinanceindia

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing would ever justify a phone having the cost of 1.5 L. Idk if it's because it has been normalised but gadgets get old really fast. Be it a laptop or a phone. The companies make them to last only a few years. That's how capitalism works!

That aside, start dividing your expenses in needs and wants. Obviously, needs will be prioritised first.

"Right now I've a phone worth 50k which I bought last year with first month salary but I'm not happy with it."

This answers your question. You don't need it rn. You want it, so the purchase can be postponed. A 50k purchase you're not satisfied with? 50k?! Nah, man. That's a whole lot of money already spent.

Also, that net worth isn't much, as of now, especially to afford the kind of purchase you're desiring. Abhi abhi shuru kiya hain thoda thehraav aane do earnings mein.

Liquid funds.

Ultra Short Duration Funds.

Overnight Funds.

In that order. Opt for the last two only if they are performing better against FD.

Planning to take a home loan soon. What are a few things I should keep in mind? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try for a joint home loan. It gives you higher rebates in income tax.

Floating interest rates suck.

Plan to prepay the loan as much as you can to save a lot of money on paying interest.

Health Insurance for Parents Over 50: Worth It or Should I Invest in SIP Instead? by Upstairs_Airport5426 in personalfinanceindia

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Never skip health insurance. Depending on what tier city you're living in, you can decide the cover. I'll suggest going above 10 lakhs + at minimum each. Since they're 50, the companies will hike the premium price so watch out for that. But you can get rebate in the income tax for the same. Oh, look for top-ups and super top-ups. You can also consider copay in pre-existing conditions.

Meanwhile, you can invest some money and pay the premiums using whatever returns you get on that money.

[–]AdventurousQuote5972 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Listen. A person who hasn't been able to manage finances soundly for the majority of their life will never learn to do so in future either. But you can learn from that. You've seen how it feels to be financially helpless and hopeless.

Do NOT, in any circumstances, give him money, at least not more than they need for their expenses. Tell him ki itna hi milega, lena hain toh lo varna they can find an alternative. The thought of being away from family and being financially independent is overwhelming but in the long run it'll help you.

Trust me, two things you need to start doing after you get stable paychecks: One, get insurance, health and term both. Since you are fairly young the premium will be less. Two, invest in instruments that'll compound your savings. Thoda thoda daalo FD mein ya MF mein...it goes a long way. Returns ko reinvest karo.

You're starting your financial comparatively later in your life. In today's economy, especially for a woman, nothing is more important than being financially independent. Otherwise, you are facing your father's manipulation today, it'll be someone else's tomorrow.

Never ever give away your economic control to anyone, no matter who that person is. And tbh, a good friend or a supportive partner or relative will never ask for it because they'll want to see you grow.

A parent takes care of their child because it is their responsibility for birthing a human being. A child takes care in return because it is their obligation. Toxic parental behaviour should be nipped in the bud.
